M & L for repairs to unserviceable LED street/security lights fittings of any wattage and size by taking down from poles/buildings after disconnecting the electric connection, renew the unserviceable drive ,PVC connector etc, cleaning, re fixing the light fittings at its original position after rectifying the defects and connecting to street light feeder including testing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repairs to unserviceable Post Top Lantern / CFL lamp fittings / Bulk Head fittings/Flood lights by taking down from poles/wall/roof after disconnecting the electric connection, renew the unserviceable parts refixing the light fittings at its original position after rectifying the defects and make it operational complete all as specified and directed. Note for 1 and 2 :- (i) renewal of parts like lamp,driver etc will be measured and paid separately as supply only (ii) The cost of labour and tools required for renewal of parts shall deem to included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.

M&L for factory made and Outdoor type powder coated CRCA sheet 2.0 mm thick suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system with provision of programmable timer switch for street lights (digital timer setting with mansoon/summer/winter etc) with three phase contactor 20 amps , 20 amps MCB TPN including dismantling/taking out old unserviceable timer switch of any description and removing of dismantled material from work site complete all as specified and directed

S & F in renewal of Heritage post top lantern LED IP 65 Rated 230V 20 watts warm white incl all necessary accessories for fixing to pole all as specified and directed. Make :- Crompton Heritage LPTH-20-WW or its equivalent in Appendix 'B'.

S & F in renewal of post top lantern oval suitable for LED retrofit lamps B22 base, polycarbonate body frosted finish, incl 230V 40 watts warm white 3000k led lamp incl all necessary accessories for fixing to post all as specified and directed. Make :-Havells Athena 4 Globe or its equivalent in Appendix 'B'.

Supply and fix in renewal of LED street light fitting 25 W pressure die cast aluminum alloy for housing (heat sink) for effective thermal management, IP 66,sturdiness & excellent corrosion resistant, high efficiency long life LED lumen efficiency of not less than 110 lum/watt with PC lens to ensure to better uniformity of light distribution, Asymmetrical batwing pattern epoxy powder coated gray, inbuilt electronic driver with APFC and THD</10% all as specified and as directed. Make:Crompton cat part No. LSTS-25-CDL-M or equivalent make in Appendix 'B'.

Supply and fix in renewal of LED street light fitting 60 W pressure die cast aluminum alloy for housing (heat sink) for effective thermal management, IP 66,sturdiness & excellent corrosion resistant, high efficiency long life LED lumen efficiency of not less than 110 lum/watt with PC lens to ensure to better uniformity of light distribution, Asymmetrical batwing pattern epoxy powder coated gray ,inbuilt electronic driver with APFC and THD</10% surge protection up to 5 KV all as specified and as directed. S & F in renewal of LED flood light fitting with high power LED with die cast aluminum, IP 65 protection, 100 watts including fixing arrangement for walls / poles complete all as specified and directed . Make:Crompton cat part No. CFS-504-100-57-60D-SL-GL-NSG or equivalent make in Appendix 'B'.

Supply and fix in repair GI bracket made out of GI pipe 32 mm dia medium grade, 1.5 mtr long bent to shape and fixing on poles with MS clamps of suitable sizes etc complete, all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m deep and making good Bottom surface for laying /removing of cable, erection of poles in Soft loose soil all as specified and directed by engr in charge

M&L sand cushioning in trenches using clean dry riddle sand for cable cushioning all as specified and as directed. Note : Thickness of sand cushioning after punning down will be measured and paid.

Supply and lay sub class "B" burnt bricks, as in cable protection, laid length of brick perpendicular to length of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Returning and filling in of soil including spreading leveling, watering and ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground /earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected to GI strip of 32x6 mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No. 3, including necessary earth work and excavation , charcoal dust, common salt, PCC chamber, RCC cover 40mm thick 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6mm dia round bars 75mm C/C both ways, test point and watering pipe complete, including connecting to earthing test point or to DB / Panel complete as directed by Engr in charge and testing resistance etc complete, including taking down old earthing complete all as specified and as directed. Overhauling periodic servicing of DG Set on-site complete to engine and alternator, consisting of normal periodic repairs, whenever specified by checking of pulleys/belts, checking desired output values of alternator, and checking for any defects, alignment and rectification of the same, renewal of necessary gaskets incl top gasket, valves and aligning to ensure smooth operation. renewal of defective / worn out parts by new spares such as filters, gaskets , V belts, rubber hoses , worm drive clamps ,nuts & bolts and cleaning of alternator with vaccum cleaner including complete lubrication of moving parts for DG Set 500 KVA capacity in various locations. Note : - Spares except Gaskets and seals, Lubrication required for above maintenance will be measured and paid in relevant item.
