Taking down any type of treatment in any descriptions i.e over roof slab , parapat , chimney etc and in any height upto three storey Bldg height including cleaning of surface with wire brushes and water removing of unsolvent materials and depositing of the same as directed at a distance not exceeding 50m and provide the treatment by under mentioned stages :- (i) provide cement slurry @ 3kg /Sqm to the finished surface (ii) 15 mm thick screed bed/ bedding layer in CM 1:3 mixed with Water Proofing Compound (WPC) as per manufacturer instructions including finishing the surface fair and even on RCC roof/ parapet (iii) Once bedding layer of concrete is completely dried provide PCC 40 mm thick 1:2:4 type B1 to entire surface as directed. (iv) apply oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm & Provide 4mm thick APP modified water proofing polymeric membrane weighing not less than 4.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster matt weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm rolled by torch application over including minimum lap 75 mm on longitudinal direction & 100 mm on the traverse direction by thermo-fused torch flame application method and finally finished the top surface with two coats of thermal resistant paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of taking down & removal of debris , 15 mm thick 1:3 screed, WPC , 40 mm thick PCC & APP treatment complete treatment. (ii) The work shall be carried out only through manufacturer or their authorised applicator and a written guarantee for work shall be submitted by the manufacturer for the effectiveness of WPT.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement conctere 1:3:6, type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection/path laid to slope of 1 in 12 and finished cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement with and including all necessary form work to divide the area in panels, finishing exposed edges fair or rounding or chamfering of exposed edges complete all as directed.

M&L 16 to 18 mm thick granite slab (Jet Black colour ) work (table rubbed and polished) bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all directed and specified.

M&L for non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all directed and specified.

Dismantling of existing any type & any capacity water storage tank fixed in any description and stacking at site and S&F new 500 litres capacity (white colour) rotational moulded polythene water storage tank, (cylindrical vertical with close top) triple layer (ISI Marked) colour white both inside and outside with top cover including PVC float valve high pressure suitable for 20 mm bore of pipe with polythene float, fixture hoisted and fixed in position where ordered and making necessary connection and testing complete all as directed.

E&M WORKS: Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc. to be measured separately), removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for re-use at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc to match with the existing surface complete all as directed.

Taking down old existing sub main wiring and M&L for sub main wiring with 2 run single core 6 Sq.mm PVC insulated unsheathed copper multistranded conductor 1100 Volts grade drawing into and including PVC heavy duty casing and capping with PVC coated copper earth conductor 6 Sq.mm one run complete. Note: 2 run of 6 Sq.mm cable one run 6 Sq.mm earth wire with casing capping considered as one unit.

Taking up or down exingting cable and Supply and lay cable in trenches or fixing on wall or pole XLPE cable insulated screened PVC beded GI steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with standard aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 core making necessary connection & testing on completion all as directed.

S&F 50 mm bore high density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2, fixed to wall, ceilings or in floors etc. complete as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate as electrode 600x600x6 mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 m below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected using galvanized iron earth lead wire 4 mm dia as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI earth lead wire protected by Gl light grade pipe 15 mm bore, including provision of concrete pit of PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) with 40 mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars reinforced at 100 mm C/C both ways and handle of 6 mm dia MS bar made to shape, GI light grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom, 2 m long placed on top edge of earth plate, char coal and common salt filling test point made out of 40x8 mm flange with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m all as per electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part I and connected to earth test point, including taking down existing earthing complete all as specified including testing on completion.

Taking down an electric meter in poly carbonate body with LCD display in class single phase ISI marked of rating 10 to 60 Amps as per IS 13779 with optical port and box deposit same at AGE E/M Store complete all as directed.

Taking down and refixing an electric meter in poly carbonate body with LCD display in class single phase ISI marked of rating 10 to 60 Amps as per IS 13779 with optical port and box after repair work complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches and not exe. 1.5 m wide and not exe. 1.5 m in depth for foundation of drain, man hole, laying of cables, stay etc. not exe. 10 Sq. m on plan and not exe. 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft / loose soil.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance exceeding 1 km but not exceeding 1.5 km and depositing where directed .at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.
