M&L for hardcore of gauge n. exc. 63 mm, broken stone or boulders deposited, spread and levelled in layers n. exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface with 8 to 10 ton roller compacted complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brickwork with fly ash modular bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) Type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) in coping of including necessary form work finished fair and even surface without using extra cement including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming fair finished drain or channel 50 CM in girth in CM concrete using extra cement incl form moulds complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips of Fe 410 W (Gde E250) quality A or Fe 290 (Gde-E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 8 mm to 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends andand over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups spacers and binders.and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips of Fe 410 W (Gde E250) quality A or Fe 290 (Gde-E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of concrete, brick surfaces including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Formworks to sides and soffits of shelves, plateform and the like rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 75mm dia single socketed, in any length, with rubber ring joints jointed with solvent cement, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110mm dia bore pipe PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of approved shape and size 80mm thickness, with minimum compressive strength of 35 N/Sqmm (M-35 Grade) without correctin factor for chamfering, made in rubber moulds with 0.5mm thick scratch proof lacquer coating on top surface, with white cement and pigment laid over, confirming to IS : 15658-2006 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for road side kerb with factory made precast cement concrete block of mix (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) n. exc. 100mm in width and set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling or stone slab laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar including demolition of cement mortar bedding or backing coat, Including removal of debries out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exc. 15cm thickness below or above ground level, including removal of debries to a distance exc 1.5 KM but n. exc. 2.0 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) as in flooring in leveling course complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old surface including brooming down/ steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, mould, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spoutes and cleaning with water on wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of plastered surfaces of walls including pilasters/ cornices etc and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion (exterior weather coat) paint of any tint as approved over one coat of primer applied as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, and removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 KM but not exc. 5.0 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepation of plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over one coat of primer, after application of cement base wall cear putty complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L dark shade colour vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n. exc. 0.36 Sqm in floors etc laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for joint free (edge cut) coloured glazed ceramic tiles 7 mm to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished area of each tile exc. 0.11 Sqm but n. exc. 0.18 sqm as in skirting/ dado etc laid over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes(or similar holes) n.exc 0.5 cum getting out ,returning filling in and raming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding, 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface in soft disintegrated rocks complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4,type B2 (40mm graded aggregate] in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses, purlins including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded suare or round tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St- 240 complete all as specified and directed .

S&F for mild steel plates (plain or chequered) of Grade Fe 410-W, (Gde- E-250) quality-A as in connecting plates, base plate etc. welding etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550MPA as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide including preperation of new or prevously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of high wall split type air conditioner unit indoor/ out door complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and plasma filter for batter indoor air quality and EER 3.2 of cap 2.0 ton inverter type 5 star Note: Extra copper pipe and drain pipe will not be paid extra)

M&L for concealed sub main wiring complete with PVC insulated FRLS cable of single core 04 Sqmm 1100 volts grade with multi standard copper conductor for drawn through and including conduiting PVC casing capping with accessories incl 4 Sqmm unsheathed multi standard FRLS copper conductor as earth wire. Note: Two runs of cable and one run of conduit & earth wire shall be measured as one run length.

Supply and fix Single Pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC Bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 sq mm 3.5 core.
