M & L for non- skid ceremic light/coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square / rectangular) area of each tile 400mm x 400 mm as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including dismantling of tiles and including M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed (coloured) ceramic tiles wall 300mm x 450mm x7mm thick on vertical faces of walls including M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including taking down old dado/skirting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed (coloured) ceramic tiles wall 300mm x 600mm x7mm thick on vertical faces of walls including M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including taking down old dado/skirting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 8 -10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles 600mm x 600 mm as in floor etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement and including M&L for 15mm thick screed bed 1:6 cement motar including dismantling of floor tiles and screed bed / rendering and hearthing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item no 4 as above but as in vertical surfaces including dismantling of tiles and M&L for screed bed / rendering and provn of rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), as in backing layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vetrified tiles light shade 8 to 10 mm thick (square) polished, size of each tiles 600mm x 1200 mm in floor etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement including M&L for screeding 15mm thick in CM 1:6,including dismantling of floor tiles and screed bed complete all as specified and directed

All as per serial item no 6 as above but as in vertical surfaces including dismantling of tiles and M&L for screed bed / rendering and provn of rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), as in backing layer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20-25 mm thick machine cut pre polished kota stone slab flooring laid under stairs soffit area and jointed with grey cement slurry fixed with pigment to match to shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing over and including M&L for 15 mm thick bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes even and rough with and including dismantling floor, hearth or wall kota stone slab including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20-25 mm thick machine cut pre polished kota stone slab in riser of steps skirting, dado and pillar,landing in single piece with round nosing with three numbers of serration using as front door steps, laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match including rubbing & mirror polishing and inclucding M&L for 10mm thick cement plaster on brick surfaces or concrete surface in cm (1:4) finished even and rough as screed dismantling of wall tile including cement mortar bedding complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40 mm thick cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors finished even and smooth with out using extra cment complete all as specified and ditected.
