Providing & fixing 40mm ( forty milimetre ) thick second class deodar wood work for wire gauge shutters using galvanised mild steel wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85G with wire of dia 0.56mm ( Zero decimal fifty six milimetre ) for doors,windows & clerestory windows including bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws as per HPPWD specification 1990 volume-I ( One ) including carriage of all labour equipments & materials to various location through all leads,lifts & other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing to existing door frames 30mm thick factory made wire mesh solid PVC door shutters consisting of frame made out of M.S. tube of 19 gauge thickness of size 19mmx19mm for style and 15mmx15mm M.S. square tube for top, bottom & Lock rail M.S. frame shall have & coat of steel primer and covered with 5mm thick PVC solid sheet heat moulded "C" channel of size 75mmx30mmx60mm out of which 10mm shall be bent at 90degree towards inner side on front face of the door M.S. frame at lock rail shall be covered with 100mm wide PVC sheet out of which 10mm on both the edges shall be bent at 90 degree on front face of the door and 85mm wide PVC sheet shall cover the M.S. frame at top, bottom & lock rail lof 70mm on back side of door 5mm thick 20mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top and bottom rail, PVC sheet beading of 10mm thick, 15mm wide PVC sheet beading in to be stick internally in the back side of style and rails of door with solvent cement adhesive i/c fixing of G.I. wire mesh 85G or 0.56 dia wire fixed between PVC sheet for style and rail bent at 90 degree on front face using 15mmx15mm L-shape PVC beading nailed on style a rails i/c fixing shutter to existing door frame with M.S. butt hinges 100x58x1.90mm with necessary screws etc. complete. including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing steel wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gague of I.S.gague designation 85G with wire of dia 0.56mm ( Zero point fifty six milimetre ) for doors, windows & clerestory windows of standard rolled steel section joints mitred with fixing clips or with bolts & nuts as required & iron fittings complete including applying a priming coat of red lead paint & providing & fixing metal beading of approved shape & section with necessary screws etc. complete as per HPPWD specification 1990 volume-I ( One ) including carriage of all labour equipments & materials to various location through all leads,lifts & other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing angle iron door, windows,clerestory windows frame manufactured from steel iron section of 50 x 50 x 6 mm ( Fifty into fifty into six milimetre ) ,thickness including hinges jamb,lock jamb, beed & if required angle thrashold of mild steel angle 50 x25mm ( fifty into twenty five milimetre ) welded or rigidly fixed by mechanical means, lugs with split end tails to each jamb including steel butt hinges 2.5mm ( Two decimal five milimetre ) thick with provision of locking arrangement & shock absorber as specified & applying a coat of approved steel primer after pretreatment of the surface as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge as per HP.PWD., specification volume-I ( one ) including carriage of all labour equipment & materials to various location through all leads, lifts & other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling doors, windows and cleres ory windows, ventilators etc. (wood or steel) shutters including chowkhats, architraves, hold fasts and other attachements etc. complete and stacking them within 20 metres lead. Not exceeding 3 sq.m in area including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing glass panes with putty and nails including removal of broken glass panes wherever necessary:- plan glass: 4mm thick. including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing bright finished brass sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete 250 x 16mm ( Two hundred fifty into sixteen milimetre ) size as per HPPWD specification 1990 volume-I ( One ) including carriage of all labour equipments & materials to various location through all leads,lifts & other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing bright finished brass tower bolts ( Barrel type ) with necessary screws etc. complete 250 x 10mm ( Two hundred fifty into ten milimetre ) size as per HPPWD specification 1990 volume-I ( One ) including carriage of all labour equipments & materials to various location through all leads,lifts & other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing bright finished brass handles with the necessary screws etc. complete 125mm ( One hundred twenty five milimetre ) size as per HPPWD specification 1990 volume-I ( One ) including carriage of all labour equipments & materials to various location through all leads,lifts & other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing mild steel hooks & eyes 300mm size ( Two hundred fifty milimetre size ) as per HPPWD specification 1990 volume-I ( One ) including carriage of all labour equipments & materials to various location through all leads,lifts & other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing brass hydraulic door closure with necessary nut bolts and screws all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of all labour equipments & materials to various location through all leads,lifts & other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing 100mm bright finished brass floor door stopper with rubber cushion etc.to suit shutters thickness complete including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work above G.L. upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials within 20 metres. lead. In cement mortar including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

15 mm(Fifteen milimeter) cement plaster in single coat on the rough sides of brick/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm(Eighty milimeter) in girth and finished even and smoothincludingcarriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entiren satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. (a) in cement mortar 1:6 (One Cement : Six Sand )

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Sand) Second Class Bricks including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreig matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete. including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat on wall cement primer including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Priming coat with distemper primer including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two costs (excluding priming cost on new steel and other metal surfaces eith enamel paint brushin to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foregin matters :-- Enamel paint other than white including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
