Replacement of condenser coils in the existing outdoor unit and removing the faulty condenser coil and making proper size copper pipe connection, brazing at joints for new one etc complete as reqd. a) Condenser coil for 1.5 TR / 2 TR (nominal capacity) AC unit.

b) Condensor coil for 2.5 / 3 TR (nominal capacity) AC unit.

c) Condenser coil for 4 TR / 5 TR / 5.5 TR (nominal capacity) AC unit.

Pressure testing with nitrogen, pressure standing for at least 8 hr., vacuuming & commissioning with appropriate refrigerant for following A C units complete as reqd. . a) 1.5 TR / 2.0 TR (nominal capacity) AC unit.

Replacement of damaged /P/F kini foam 3mm thick for thermal insulation of copper piping in order to protect it from air born impurities i/c removal of old insulation etc. complete as reqd

Replacement of following sizes pvc sheathed copper conductor armoured / unarmoured cable on the existing wall / ceiling for power / control cable etc making connections and testing etc complete as reqd as per site location and removing the faulty cable where ever required. a) 3 x 2.5 Sq. mm copper armoured cable.

b) 4 x 6 Sq. mm Copper Armoured cable.

c) 4 x 4 Sq. mm Copper Armoured cable.

d)4x 10 Sq. mm copper armoured cable.

e)20 core copper unarmoured cable.

Replacement of faulty drain arrangement/P/F drain arrangement for AC units with following pipe i/c Tee, Union, Socket & Elbow etc as required. a) 40 mm dia medium class PVC pipe.

b) 25 mm dia medium class PVC pipe.

Dismantling of old ductable units(3TR/4TR/5 TR/5.5TR/7.5TR/8.5TR/8.75TR/11TR) with the help of chain pully block & heavy labour etc as required

Lifting & shifting of A.C units with the help of heavy labour & chain pully block from one site to another site where the A C plant room/required area is situated complete as reqd. (3TR/4TR/5 TR/5.5TR/7.5TR/8.5TR/8.75TR/11TR)

Refixing of A.C units with the help of heavy labour & chain pully block i/c providing Suitable size of suspender rod /MS support as per requirement etc as reqd (3TR/4TR/5 TR/5.5TR/7.5TR/8.5TR/8.75TR/11TR)

Replacement of damaged 6mm thick cross linked polyethylene insulation /P/F of 6mm thick cross linked polyethylene insulation for drain / copper piping in order to protect it from air borne impurities complete as reqd. as per site location.

Replacement & fixing PCB in the existing AC units of 3TR/4TR/5TR/7.5 TR /8.5 TR/ 8.75 TR / 9 TR / 11 TR AC units i/c connection, testing etc. complete as required.

Replacement & fixing PCB in the existing AC units of 2TR/1.5 TR AC units i/c connection, testing etc. complete as required.

G. I. sheet metal ducting work i/c fixing etc for air supply,mixing , air distribution , complete with following thickness (gauge) i/c nut bolts, gaskets, suspenders, supports etc. as required. a) 24 gauge G. I. Sheet
