Dismantling of Asbestos cement(corrugated, semi corrugated etc.) sheet in roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated corrugated steel sheet, any pattern corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F coloured 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based trapezoid profile steel sheet having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge, valley gutter or of similar type, fixed with self tapping screws alongwith bitumen washer complete all as specified and directed. Note- The measurement shall be carried out as in a plain sheet.

S&F plain fillets. square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails or brads using second class wrought HW sec area exc 13 Sqcm but not exc 25 Sqcm including taking down of framed work complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

S&F 2nd class Hard wood scanttlings, wrought in any position for framed work jointing wirh nails, screws, nut bolt etc. including necessary supports to existing truss including Dismantling of timber scanttlings 40 Sqcm & over in section, in any position for framed workcomplete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix exposed GI powder coated snap grid frame work for false ceiling in flat or in sloping , of grid size 600x600mm comprising of wall/cleat angle of size 25x25x0.35mm and cross tee of size 24x38x0.70mm with 4mm dia GI wire as suspender and including 4mm thick decorative pre -painted non asbestos board (E-Board) in false ceiling including fixing arrangement from steel/wooden truss of any type including dismantalling of existing false ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel sections (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing, independent fixing with welding etc. including distance pieces, cleats etc. using Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

M&L preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials new or old of any description and girth not otherwise described and treated with two coats of creosote oil complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Preparation of old or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
