SHIFTING OF TOWER AT LOC No-34 OF 132KV AMROHA-MORADABAD LINE UNDER ETD- AMROHA

Survey (A) Survey, Including preparation of schedule of materials, marking of locations, GPS survey with co-ordinates and sub mission of map and revised tower schedule.

Foundation Work for 132KV Towers (A)Cost of Excavation of 132kv Tower Foundation pits including all earth work, Backfilling and levelling etc.

(B)Setting of stubs including all foundation work but excluding the cost of concreting and excavation(rate per location) for following 132 KV D/C A type towers : (I) Setting of Template and Stub 132KV DA Panther

(C )Cost of concreting of all type Tower foundation including cost of cement, dewatering, shorting and shuttering, forming, curring but excluding cost of reinforcement bars. (1:2:4 concreting)

(D)Installation of steel reinforcement bars in R.C.C foundation including cost of steel reinforcement bars with cutting, bending, placing, binding etc.

Tower Erection (A)Erection of Superstructure of 132 KV DC towers and their extensions wherever required including all work above ground level excluding hoisting of insulators, hardware & accessories but including fitting of danger, number, phase plate, bird guard and fixing & punching for 132KV SC/DC line.

(B)Tack welding of all the bolts upto the height of first section of DC towers or 5 mtrs from ground level whichever is higher with three tacks at 1200 seperation of minimum 10mm thickness with 10mm/12mm electrode & application of Zinc rich Aluminium paint on the affected surface including cost of materials and T&P.

De-Stringing Work (A) Lowering down of all 03 phase ACSR Panther conductor & OPGW including de-hoisting of all the necessary hardwares & accessories at Tower 34 as per site requirements.

Stringing Work (A) Stringing, tensioning, clamping, jointing etc. of ACSR Panther conductor and OPGW including hoisting of insulators, fitting of all necessary hardware and accessories i.e. fittings Armour rods, vibration dampers etc. on three phases of 132 KV SC lines at Tower No 34.

Extra Work (A) Shorting, counting, stacking the tower parts, scattered in yard/store of 132KV substation Rampur as per BOM of KPTL design (Tower132KV DA+0, Panther 2.804MT), (Stub, 132KV DA+0/5, Panther 0.169MT), (Extension of Tower +5m, 0.763MT) and loading of steel structure in private truck/ trailer at 132KV Rampur (ETD-Rampur).

(B)Safe carriage of the steel structure from 132KV Rampur (ETD-Rampur) to 132KV Amroha (ETD-Amroha) by private truck arranged by contractor including diesel/toll etc and carriage of material from 132KV Amroha store to site as per requirements.

(C ) Unloading of the material from truck sorting counting and proper stacking of the steel structure at designated place at 132KV Amroha (ETD Amroha) handing over the material to concerned JE in proper quantity as per invoice.

(D) Dismantling of old 132KV S/C Towers A+0 type.

(E)Carriage of all Dismentled material as Tower parts, old conductor and other balance material etc from working site to JE Store 132KV S/S Amroha by Private Vechicle. The work also includes loading and unloading the same at both ends. Private vehicle and hydra will under scope of contractor.
