Repairing/ fixing of defective components/ electrical installatons such as switch, socket, holder, fan, regulator, light points including cleaning and attending no power supply of any installations (Excluding supply of spares and including all consumables)

Checking, Testing, Installing, Repairing, replacing and maintenance of street light fittings located at different locations in A.D building & qtrs.

Replacement of 1 or 2 pole MCB, Kit kat fuse base unit upto 64 amp

Temporary power supply connection / disconnection at different location within 30 mtr & connection of D.B/ MCB

Preventive maintenance of 415 V Power Distribution Board at A D building D-1, D-2

Wiring for with PVC insulated copper wire in 1" PVC conduit/ casing capping (supply of wire or cable extra) or surface cable laying using saddles as reqd. upto 3 x 4.0 sq.mm inclusive of earth copper wire.( saddle, casing capping, conduit are to be supplied by contractor)

Maintenance of earth pit & earth resistance

Re winding of ceiling fan

Repairing / fixing of defective plumbing components / installations such as taps, pipes, fittings (Excluding supply of spares & including all consumables)

Repairing / fixing of defective wooden components / installations such as doors, fixtures , frames (Excluding supply of spares & including all consumables)

Ceiling fan Over hauling / Greasing, Bearing replacement

Transit cluster using mosquito and house fly repellant at the dosage of 5 ml chemical with 995ml of diesel for 1000 sqm area at a frequency of once in a month including cost of chemical, diesel all tools and tackles, labor charges etc. (Each operation of 30000 sq. mtr.)
