Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Demolishing the existing RCC works at all levels. and conveying & depositing the debris at places pointed out within FACT (CD) premises at Ambalamedu.(150 mts lead) as directed by the engineer in charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m in all kinds of soil.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 using 40 mm hard granite broken stone including all charges for mixing concrete, laying, consolidating, curing etc.complete for foundation leveling course, flooring etc.complete as per deptl.instructions.

Flooring with PCC 1:2:4 mix concrete using first class 20 mm and downgrade hard granite broken stone including mixing concrete, laying in panels, necessary formwork, consolidating, curing etc complete

RCC work in 1:1½:3 nominal mix using 20 mm and downgrade hard granite broken stone including all charges for mixing concrete, laying, consolidating, curing etc.complete but excluding cost of form work & reinforcement works- For foundation footings, bottom & sides of trenches, equipment foundations, plinth beams, lintels, slabs, columns & beams etc.up to 5 m from ground level.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Cement block masonry work in CM 1:6 using good quality, approved, cement blocks including charges for conveying, scaffolding charges etc. as per departmental instructions for super structure walls up to 5 m height from ground level/floor level,excluding cost of cement

Providing steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete with Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D (TMT bars) including cost of reinforcement steel

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc.

Providing formwork to RCC works with necessary wooden planks, joists, runners, posts etc.including removal after completion of works for slabs up to 5 m height from ground level

Providing formwork to CC/RCC works with necessary wooden planks, joists, runners, posts etc.including removal after completion of works for walls, floors,shades, lintels & beams up to 5 m from plinth level

Cement plastering with CM 1:4,12 mm thick one coat floated hard and trowelled smooth at all levels,excluding cost of cement

Applying water thinnable cement primer one coat for exterior and interior walls of approved brand and manufacture at all heights including cost of all materials, labour etc.complete

Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of approved quality and colour specified over the priming coat already done and paid separately after cleaning the surface well.

Providing non-asbestos high impact Polypropylene reinforced cement, 5.50 mm minimum thick, corrugated sheets (as per IS: 14871) of suitable colour as approved by Engineer-in-charge, roofing up to any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washers etc. complete (excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses), including cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required

Providing corrugated serrated adjustble ridges or hips in Non- asbestos fibre cement high impact polypropylene reinforced roofing with suitable fixing accessories or self drilling fastener and EPDM washer , etc. complete as per instructions.

Supplying, Conveying, fabrication and erection of structural steel work bolted or welded at all levels as per scope drawing for trusses, purlins, louver brackets, louver runners bracings, stair cases, platforms, hand rails ladder, threaded sag rods, splices, etc. with M.S angles, channels, tees, flats, RSJs, rods, pipes and plates including cutting, welding, cleaning, erecting and painting with two coats of zinc chromate primer (one shop coat and one coat after erection) and two coats of chemical resistant enamel paint of approved quality and colour over the primer including supply of necessary MS bolts and nuts other than holding down bolts.(The structural steel material shall be of M/s. SAIL / RINL / TISCO /JINDAL make) - Required gas and electrodes will be supplied free of cost by FACT at stores

Providing and laying with approved brand rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in suitable colours laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and fixing first quality ceramic glazed floor tiles conforming to IS :15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge for dadoing to walls over 12 mm thick bed ofcement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Supplying and fixing PVC floor trap (single or multy type) of approved brand 110 mm size with required provision of outlets and inlets as per manufacturers specifications, cutting and making good the walls and floors, etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing 125 mm (5 inch) Stainless steel floor gratings (two piece) to PVC trap as per instructions at site

Supplying conveying and fitting 550x400mm or nearest size wash hand basin of white glazed vitreous china approved quality with a pair of special alloy bolts for fixing the basin on walls with 1 No. 15 mm heavy type CP brass pillar tap of approved make 1no.heavy type 15mm PVC connection and 1No.15 mm CP regulating valve of superior make ,1No. 15 mm CP waste coupling,32 mm PVC waste pipe with cp learning nut 1No. etc. including cutting and making good the walls,etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing at all levels approved quality /brand European type vitreous china white glazed water closet pan with P/S trap and White/Black duro plastic seat and lid with CP brass hinges and CP rubber buffers, 10 litre capacity PVC low level flushing cisternof approved make with all fittings 1No.32mm CP brass flush bend, 1No:15mm superior PVC connection heavy type ,15mm CP regulating valve,cutting and making good the walls and floors including giving connection to sewer pipe with all necessary specials,etc. complete as per direction at site

Supplying and fixing pure polyester powder coated aluminium frame work of extruded sections and approved brand/manufacturer including mitring the joints, fixing the frame work with necessary screws, drilling holes in floors, walls and ceiling, providing plugs for fixing screws, finishing the sides of packing between frame work and wall/ceiling with plaster of paris,cost of timber packing if necessary, rubber lining for air tightness, providing corner cleats, etc. complete as per standard practice for glazed doors, windows, side hung as well as sliding windows, ventilators, partitions, handrails etc. including all hinges, pivots, tower bolts, peg stays, fixtures, and pure polyester powder coated aluminium approved brand beadings, handles & approved locking system at all levels.(Payment will be given for the weight of aluminium sections only)

Glazing the Aluminium frame work of windows with 3 mm or nearest thick plain glass panes and anodized Aluminium approved brand beadings, with EPDM / NEOPRINE weather seals, gaskets of EPDM or PVC etc and screws as per standard practice at all levels (Measurement for overall area of doors / windows / ventilators)

Providing and fixing PVC door of syntex or equivalant make with shutter frame made of extruded plastic section having dimension of 60 x 24 mm or nearest, paneling with single panel hollow plastic section of 20 mm thick with average wall thickness of 1 mm and outer frame of door made of extruded plastic section of 48 x 40 mm or nearest including providing and fixing all required fittings such as stainless steel butt hinges, PVC tower bolts, PVC handles etc.complete as per manufacturers specifications.

Providing JCB Excavator or similar equipment for the removal of earth, waste, debris etc.including equipment hire charges, fuel charges, and operator’s charges etc.complete.
