Demolishing brick work/ Solid block masonryworks manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 mtrs lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing of existing inter locking paver block, clearing debris from the site including stacking the serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead and levelling the site and yard in required level up to the designed height as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work excavation by Mechanical means, Hydraulic excavator/Manual up to 1.5M depth in all kinds of soil including shoring, strutting, bailing/ pumping of water, back filling of sides of foundations, low lying area etc. as per technical specifications with all leads and lifts including breaking clods, watering ramming, sectioning, of soil bank etc.

Earth filling in plinth , sides of foundation ,ground etc., in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer with approved earth brought from outside with all leads and lifts including breaking clods ,watering, ramming, sectioning, of soil bank etc , and leveling as per Technical Specifications.

Providing and Laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 using 40mm nominal size hard broken granite stone for flooring, including cost of conveyance unloading of all materials, all labour charges watering, curing etc as per Technical Specification.

Providing and Constructing Random Rubble Masonry in C.M 1:6 with hard granite stone for Foundation.

Providing and Laying R.C.C of M20 mix with 20mm down Size aggregate machine mixed concrete up to Plinth.

Laterite Masonry - Laterite masonry using neatly dressed stones of size 40cmx20cmx20cm in CM 1:7 for walls and front steps including all cost of conveyance and labour charges etc. complete.

12 mm cement plastering of mix : 1:5 (1 cement : 5 fine sand ) one coat floated hard and trowelled smooth to the walls including all cost of materials, labour charges etc complete

Providing and applying anti-fungal exterior quality emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint Apex/ Apex ultima) two coats including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and clour. (All uneven surfaces shall thoroughly cleaned off all dust, dirt and sand papered.One primer coat shall be applied Painting shall be applied with rollers)

HD Cement Board Wall : Providing and fixing at site 2 side wall partition work 40mm X 40mm X 1.4mm (APL GP) square tube grid frame work,8mm HD fibre cement board both side fixing all other necessary fittings, one coat epoxy primer including all labour charges and material etc.

Glass Partition: Aluminium 40 series chair section (powder coated) frame with 10 mm toughened glass (saint gobain) EPDM RUBBER clent angle screws, and all other necessary fittings.

ACP Roof Covering : Providing and FixingAluminium composite panels as per the drawings/ specifications for the exterior finishing job at site. ACP of approved make (Alstrong, Aludecor, Evabond or approved equivalent) of overall thickness is 3mm with aluminium skin of 0.25mm on both sided, centre LDPE core material of thickness 3.5mm. The complete material shall be confirming to ASTM standards for its various mechanical and physical properties.1.5" x 1 " Aluminium tube grid type frame supporting aluminium L angle, (900gm per Length ) cleat angle screws , weather proof silicon wacker or 789 dow coning 3mm-0.25 ACP (VIVA Or Aludacor), maskin tape and scaffolding and all other necessary fittings.

Providing and fixing of Counter table and storage shelf as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing of Work station Table with counter top as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Gazebo: Providing and Fixing at site 80mm x 40mm x1.4mm (APL GP ) rectangular tube column with rafter 50mm x 50mm x 1.4mm (APL GP) square tube frame for table and bench , 40mm x 20mm x 1.4mm tube purlin top 0.35 (JSW) Trafford sheet corro sheild bolt and all other necessary fittings etc.

Roof Work : Providing and fixing at site, Industrial roof work 100mm x 50mm x 1.4mm (APL GP) rectangular tube beam and rafter (bitween 150 cm) 40mm x 40mm x 1.4mm square tube purlin (between 90 cm), 75 mm GI Round column top , 0.35 mm Trafford sheet (JSW), UPVC rain water Gutter , one coat epoxy primer (MRF) with enamel and all other necessary fittings.

Providing of Fabricated Table (130 cm x 60 cm ) as per technical specifications.

Providing and fixing heavy duty interlocking cobble stones 100mm thick over quarry sand/6mm stone aggregate bed of charges including consolidation with mechanical vibrator etc.

Toilet rectification and maintenance works as per direction.

Drainage maintanance works as per direction.
