Excavation using manual labour only in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 metre wide for laying of pipes foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, etc. exc 10 sqm on n exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out including dressing/trimming sides and levelling/ grading and ramming of bottom of excavation complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm thick, complete all as specified & directed.

Removal of excavated soil not exc 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M& L for Brick work with sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan not exceeding 6 Mtr means radius built in CM 1:3 complete all as specified & directed. Notes for BOQ item No. 1.00 to 6.00 :-In case ground water encounter during excavation, the same shall be bailed out by contractor through pumping at his own arrangement as per clause 3.17 & 3.18 of SSR (Part-II) of 2020 without any extra cost.

M&L for Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 mtr clear span, copings and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on brick or concrete surface of manholes, drain and septic tank/soakage well in cement mortar 1:3 and finishing the surface with using water proof compound even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified & directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately.

Supply only water proofing compound liquid, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L RCC M-20 cast in situ using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cover slab of manhole, gully trap, drain etc. including form work, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, of grade Fe-500D corrosion resistant steel (CRS) cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 150mm dia Mazza AC Pipes for Sewerage line, Confirming to IS 6908: 1991 with AC coupler joints sealed with rubber gasket (EPDM/SBR) as per IS 5382 Complete including sectional hydro testing (including cost and conveyance of water to site for testing) , laid in trenches to required level /gradient ,as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified & directed .

S&F 200mm dia Mazza AC Pipes for Sewerage Confirming to IS 6908: 1991 with AC coupler joints sealed with rubber gasket (EPDM/SBR) as per IS 5382 Complete including sectional hydro testing (including cost and conveyance of water to site for testing) , laid in trenches to required level /gradient ,as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified & directed .

M&L SFRC ( steel fiber reinforced concrete) Cover confirming to IS 12592 upto date with arrangement for lifting cover, including Frame dia 610mm with medium duty ISI marked and fixed in position as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and ad directed.

M&L for SFRC ( steel fiber reinforced concrete) Cover confirming to IS 12592 upto date with arrangement for lifting cover including Frame of size (450mmX450mm) with medium duty ISI marked fixed in position as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified & directed.

Cleaning of under ground EXISTING SEWAGE DEEP TRUNK SGSW/RCC/HDPE Pipe line of any dia of pipes line and depth exc 2.5 mtr and above including manholes of any size working/running conditions involving removal of blockages of Kind of sewage lines and manholes by means of Heavy truck mounted High pressure Suction Cum Jetting Machine including desluding, descaling and dechocking of lines where ever required , flushing the entire stretch with water making the stretch clean and functional. Removal and depositing any type of sludge/debries to excavated area , spreading necessary insecticides where sludge is deposited all as specified & directed.The work shall be carried out through jetting machine as specified here under in Notes and the contractor shall arrange the Machine for work at his own and quoted rates deemed to include all expenses, nothing extra shall be payable against this item. Notes :- (i) All sludge/debries should be deposited in nearest pit & cover with sand & necessary disinfection be carried out OR Removing / Depositing of sludge/debries not exc 500 mtr beyond periphery of defence land & covering the entire sludge & solids with local earth. Sewage Lines in area of cleaning of depth Max 10 mtr) (ii) The Contractor shall arrange and provide Tata magic mounted Desiling Machine & High pressure Suction Cum Jetting Machine on each Working day of minimum following specification for rectification of day to day Complaint:-Minimum Specification for Desiliting Machine:- (a) Minimum capacity of Hydraulic Pump - 5LPM Motor -440 RPM with pulley system coupled with wire rope hoist motor of minimum 1 BHP operated system (b) Minimum two Number Control Valves- one Valve for Grab Bucket , one for side arm (c) Minimum Hose Length - 15 Mtr , Hose should be High pressure triple layer hydraulic hose (d) Minimum Capacity of Grab bucket - 15 ltr with features of Hazardous Gas Sensor alarm , Camera with DVR and LCD to view inside Manhole. Minimum Specification for High Pressure Suction Cum Jetting Machine :- (a) Minimum Tank capacity of machine - 8000 ltr (b) Minimum Working pressure range of jetting pump - 155 bar (c) Minimum water flow for pump of jetting machine - 269 LPM (d) Minimum Suction hose length - 30 mtr (e) Minimum Jetting Hose length - 120Mtr (f) Minimum Vacuum Pump Power - 4.4 Hp@RPM (g) Minimum Vacuum Suction depth - 8 mtr

Notes for BOQ item No. 17.00 Contd.../- (iii) The Contractor shall provide minimum 3 Nos skilled/unskilled manpower , High Qualified and experienced driver with Vehicle License on each working day for attending and completing the complaints as per the users satisfaction . However, the numbers of skilled and unskilled manpower shall be increased as directed by Engineer-in-Charge depending upon the requirements/ number of complaints registered at the complaint center all as directed. (iv) In case the Contactor does not provide High pressure Suction Cum Jetting Machine & Tata magic mounted Desilting Machine of above mentioned specification with minimum number of staff as mentioned then a penalty at the rate Rs. 20000/- per day shall be levied on the contractor and recovery for the same shall be affected from contractor's til that day when Contractor provides above all mentioned for cleaning of Sewage Lines. (v) The necessary transportations, diesel , tools, plants, ladders, cleaning rods/Bamboos, all medical safety equpiments for workers such as Oxygen Mask and cylinder etc. including to complete the jobs/complaints shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the department, the insurance of workers shall also be provided to cover risk, the cost of all above shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates by the contractor .

S&F PVC (SWR) gully trap 125mmx110 mm ,made of type-B pipes ,setting and jointing with solvent cement in position and checking for leakage proof working, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of 150mm dia making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix type B-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 150mm bore pipe complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of 200mm/300mm dia making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix type B-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 200mm/300mm bore pipe complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Rolled mild steel sections ( Fe-290W (Gde-E-165 quality-A)) as in stairs (framed) In flat,round or square bars including cleats, brackets,including embedding in concrete as in steps of manhole etc.complete all as specified & directed.

M&L in repairs for 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints or jointed with solvent cement joint, laid in trenches or in floors,type B, conforming to IS 13592-1992 supplied laid , jointed & tested including taking out/down old pipes complete all as specified & directed. Note - Rubber rings for pipes and fittings shall conform to IS 5382-1985.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends any radius 110 mm bore, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F MS galvanised clamp of size 20mmx 0.80 mm made out of MS GI sheet sutable for 110 mm dia including drilling holes & fixed to wall with nails, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in benching, drain and surface channel and the like, rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary formwork, etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping/ bed plate/ bed block including necessary forms and moulds. complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. Laid, bedded & pointed in any mortar and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified & directed

Demolition of Cement Concrete (Unreinforced Concrete) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified .

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in sub base, finished even and rough to receive the topping layer for hard standing complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Rubber moulded machine pressed designer coloured precast concrete interlocking paver blocks fixed with grey cement and pigment of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade complete all as specified & directed

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring18-20mm thick, using single piece kota stone slab in treads/floor etc. as in flooring/ Treads, laid over and including screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 set and jointed with grey cement slurry or with adhesive as per manufacturer's instructions mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and granite polishing achieve mirror finish ,rounding off the edges and cutting two grooves (serration),complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Chequered cement concrete commercial Tiles 30cm x 30cm x 20 to 22mm thick , fixed with grey cement and pigment set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 including complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brick masonary built in any cement mortar including quoins arches pillars, old manholes of any description and in any position complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipe (SGSW/Reinforced/CI/PVC etc) of 100/150/200/300mm nominal bore in any position complete all as specified & directed .
