Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work (Cement Concrete - xxxx cum, Earthwork - xxxx cum, etc) (80% of peak rate of construction)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (xxxx, xxxx, xxxx)

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. xxxxxx Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Banker Details for reference

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

List of Financial Resources with Certificates

The intending bidder Firm Company should have in the last five years ie 2019 20 to 2023 24 satisfactorily completed At least 90 percentage of the contract value as a prime contractor at least one similar nature of work ie Rehabilitation of Dam Works including polymer concrete polygrout work and gate repair works value not less than 50 percentage of the Total value of work including GST ie Rs 320.00 lakhs The Work done certificates obtained from the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer should be uploaded The work done value of the previous year shall be updated to present price level of 2024 25 at 10 percentage per annum

The intending bidder should have executed following minimum quantity of items in any one financial year in previous 5 financial years ie from 2019 20 to 2023 24 for which the necessary certificates issued by officers not below the rank of Executive Engineer shall be uploaded 1) Polymer Concrete using CICO 3 or equivalent 91 Cum 2) Grouting by using Poly grout 544 Kg 3) Providing surface pointing tuck pointing 320 sqm

Each tenderer should further demonstrate Availability by owning the following key and critical equipment for this work The intending bidder firm company should furnish details of ownership of Machineries Equipments etc to an extent of more than 50 percentage of the requirement and also should furnish copies of lease agreement of hiring of Machineries Equipments etc to be deployed for this work should be uploaded for details Refer tender notification

Tender Capacity Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria will only be qualified if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity ( AXNX1.5 minus B ) where A Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years updated to 2024 25 price level taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited B Value at 2024 25 price level of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next 08 divided by 12 year (period of completion of the works for which Tender are invited form the probable date of Award of this contract

The annual turnover of the intending bidder shall be twice the amount put to tender of the work including GST ie Rs 1276 Lakhs of in any two financial years during the last 5 years ie 2019 20 to 2023 24 in all classes of Civil Engineering contract works only The Audit profit and loss account certificate certified by a practicing charted accountant duly showing with UDIN ie Unique Document Identification Number along with income tax return should be uploaded The turnover of previous years will be updated to the present value of the year 2024 25 giving weight age of 10 percentage for each previous year turnover value

The Tender should liquid assets or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 192 Lakhs Credit lines letter of credit certificated from banks for meeting the funds requirements etc in Annexure I enclosed to the Notification

The selected bidder should produce MDP Copy while submitting the Bill from the Competitive Authority authorized by the Mines and Geology Department of Karnataka 5 times of royalty amount deducted in the absence MDP As per Govt order Ltr No. M & GD DCB 2023 24 Dt 07.11.2023
