Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 4.7-405(2)

(As per PWD SOR S.I. No.765)

Providing and applying Prime Coat with Bitumen (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 070 to 1.00 kg per sqmusing machenical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503
