M&L for one coats of putty avg 2mm thick with smooth finish by sand papering to achieve smooth surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old distempered surface of walls by brushing, scrapping down smoke soot moulds by steel wire brush.including filling dipression surfaces with putty and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion distemper. Complete all as specified.
