Schedule "A" Part – XIII: [Miscellaneous Items] [Pile foundation, Demolition/ Dismantling/ Taking down, Internal Water Supply, Internal Electrification, External Water Supply, External Electrification, Lightning protection]:

PILE FOUNDATION

Boring holes for bored cast–in–situ piles of 450mm dia in any strata except hard rock using Hydraulic Rotary Rig/ DMC method including getting out and disposal of spoil out side MD land to a distance exceeding 5.0km but not exceeding 10.0km complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: [a] Truck mounted Rotary / TMRT / Tubewell boring Machine shall not be used. [b] The rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of the cost for shifting of Rigs as many times as required. [c] The rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of the cost of Bentonite as required at site. [d] All tanks and connected channels made for Bentonite circulation process shall be made good by filling approved moorum including clearing all Bentonite cakes and the rate quoted shall be deemed to include for this provision also. [e] RCC and Reinforcement bars shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for providing mild steel lining pipes, not less than 6mm thick, conforming to Grade E-250, Quality B, suitable for 450mm nominal dia bored cast in situ concrete piles, driven upto a depth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including provision of necessary stiffeners, driving shoe, etc. with continuous welding and painting two coats with epoxy based anticorrosive paint over a coat of primer all as specified and as directed. Notes: [a] The MS lining pipe shall be cut and removed upto Cut-Off level from the the top and the cost of the salvage value of material so removed shall be deemed to included in the rate quoted for this item and no extra claim shall be admissible on this account. [b] The depth of MS lining pipe shall be as decided by the Engineer-in-charge as per site requirement and based on the laboratory test results of Bailer samples from bore hole of piles which is final and binding.

Chipping out laitance concrete upto a maximum of 1m above cut off level of pile including disposal of debris up to a distance of 50m complete all as specified and as directed.

Carrying out Initial Load Test on 450mm dia bored cast–in–situ piles as per IS – 2911 [Part – IV] complete all as specified and as directed.

Carrying out Routine Load Test on 450mm dia bored cast–in–situ piles as per IS – 2911 [Part – IV] complete all as specified and as directed.

Carrying out Low Strain Integrity Test on 450mm dia bored cast–in–situ piles including analysing the results as per IS – 14893 & ASTM D 5882 complete all as specified and as directed.

DEMOLITION/ DISMANTLING/ TAKING DOWN

Dismantling of existing Rolling Shutters of any type/ any size and of any thickness of lathing including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple including guide channel, hold fast, gear set & wheelcomplete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully submain wiring of any description and size complete including wooden battens / conduits / casing capping and making good the disturbed surfaces all as per existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of MCB DB, SPN / TPN Enclosure including MCBs etc of any description and any capacity and making good the disturbed surfaces all as per existing complete all as specified and as directed.

INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

S & F 15mm bore Two way Bib Taps, brass, Chromium Plated, screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

M & L for Point Wiring complete with 1100 Volts, FRLS Grade, 1.5 Sq.mm, Single Core, PVC Insulated, Unsheathed, Multistranded Copper Conductor Cable, conforming to IS - 694 drawn through and including heavy duty PVC Conduit, 20 mm dia including all accessories, concealed in Walls / Roofs / Floors / Ceiling etc. and provision of Modular Type switch Box made out of 2mm thick GI Sheet of suitable size flush mounted with walls and Modular type white cover plate with grid Frame for housing Modular Type Switches, Sockets and Regulators etc. including 1100 Volts, FRLS Grade, 1.5 Sq.mm, Single Core, PVC Insulated, Unsheathed, Multistranded Copper Conductor cable as earth continuity conductor with colour coding and connecting to Earth Dolly for One Light / Fan Point / Bell Point controlled by One Switch complete all as specified and as directed.
