Special Eligibility Criteria

   Railway reserves the right to procure the tendered item from OEM of Railway Crane Simulators or Diesel/Electric Loco Simulators or OEM of 140T or above capacity Railway Breakdown Crane having credential of supplying of the same in Indian Railway/Production Unit/Metro Railways in last 10 years. The bidder should upload documents like copies of CRN, Commissioning Certificate etc. in support of their having performance/credentials of Indian Railway/Production Unit/Metro Railways failing which their offer shall be summarily rejected

   Authorized Dealer of OEM of Crane Simulators or Diesel/Electric Loco Simulators or OEM of 140T or above capacity Railway Breakdown Crane, who has supplied and commissioned Rail Crane Simulator /140T or above capacity Railway Breakdown Crane to Indian Railway/Production Unit/Metro Railways are also eligible. Firm must upload valid Tender Specific Authorization along with their Offer/BID failing which their offer will be summarily rejected

   This item is reserved to be procured through class I/ Class II local supplier. Clause 28.0 of Eastern Railway General Tender Conditions will be applicable.

   Firm must deposit EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) as per clause no. 8.0 of latest Eastern Railway GTC, failing which their offer is liable to be ignored. Udyam Registration Certificate is the only valid document for availing MSE benefits (Clause 23.0 may be referred).
