The Tenderer should be the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or An authorized dealer of OEM
The Tenderer shall be either proprietorship or partnership firm or a company registered under the companies Act 1956 or a registered society.
The Bidder should have Service Centers in each of the districts being serviced for the purpose of service centers, bidders own service centers or OEMs service centers are considered. In case, the bidder is not having the requisite number of service centers as on bid submission date, the Bidder shall submit the undertaking to establish the requisite service centers within 3 months from the date of supply and installation of equipment.
The bidder should submit valid documentary proof of GST registration number and the details of income tax registration.
The bidder should have positive net worth in each of the last 3 audited financial years ending March 2025
The bidder should have turnover more than or equal to Rs. 100 Lakhs in each of the 03 preceding audited financial years (2022-23,2023-24,2024-25)
The bidder should have executed at least one single project including Supply of Hardware and Maintenance, worth not less than Rs. 40,00,000/-in the last 3 Years to any Government / PSUs.
