Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Service Contract Charges for Preventive Maintenance, Repairs & Servicing of UPS Systems in the Data Center and inclusive of all Spares Cost for Replacement of During AMC Period such as Charger PCB,SCRs, IGBTs, Inverter PCBs ,fuses, MCBs, DC Filter Capacitors 100Mfd / 100VDC or Above Transformers & Chokes , Power Contactors etc., Complete.(Except Batteries)

Scope of Work: 1. Cleaning up of Unit, with Air Blower (if shutdown provided or as per customer request), Visual inspection to check any deformation. 2. Checking and Adjustment (if needed) of power parameters like input, Output, DC Voltage & Current if needed. 3. Checking and Adjustment (if needed) of Control parameters on different PCBs. 4. Checking Tightness of all connection, if shut down possible. 5. Functional checking up of Rectifier section. 6. Functional checking up of Inverter section.

7. Functional Checking up of Static Switch Section. 8. With Customer approval, perform operational test of the system including unit transfer and battery discharge. 9. Preventive Maintenance visits per month, in normal business hour. 10. Unlimited Breakdown visits per year. 11. We provide battery health test. 12. Our Engineers will run tests to verify your system is working correctly in all operational modes. 13. All spare parts and components are included at no additional cost to you. 14. Visual inspection.

Supply and fixing of 12V 120/130 AH SMF battery with 3 years warranty including wire leads, connections etc complete. Makes: Exide.

LESS - Purchase cost for old life over (failure) existing batteries any make any model under buyback offer. (48 Nos. X 120 Ah = 5760 Ah)

Note: (1) The above rates are basic prices excluding GST and applicable GST will be reimbursed / paid as per actuals on production of proof. (2) The bidders are requested to quote the Tender percentage excluding GST. (3) Statutory deductions will be made as per norms, if applicable. Any modalities imposed on GST by the Government from time to time, the same will be implemented
