Requiredb) The bidder who stand first lowest in the bid shall have to submit the MoU as per the following before entering into agreement without fail (i) In case of bidder owns/leased a RMC plant, a self declaration on Rs.100/- non judicial stamp paper along with proof of owner ship/lease of the RMC plant.
Requiredii) In case of bidder doesn?t owns/of have lease an RMC plant, an MoU with RMC plant owner/firm on Rs.100/- stamp paper as per the prescribed proforma.

RequiredThe successful L-1 bidder shall be required to remit an Additional Security Deposit (ASD) at the time of execution of the agreement; in case the quoted bid is more than 25% (twenty-five percent) below the estimated contract value.
