Supplying,erecting and fixing of steel tubular swaged pole 410 SP-55 (11 metre long),in true vertical position complete conforming to IS : 2713 (Part-I & III) 1980 with cast iron base plate, pole cap / finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, welded reduced section and longitudinal weld throughout entire length of pole with and including 2 coats of black bituminous paint externally upto planting depth and remaining exterior portion of pole finished with two coat of aluminum paint over and including one coat of red oxide primer complete, all as specified and directed. Note :- Earthwork, cement concrete in foundation, coping, cross arms will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ.

Supply and fixing of steel & iron items from poles i.e cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates etc. including nuts & bolts complete and Supply & fixing cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts & bolts , washers , welding bending cold or hot , drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer ccomplete, all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, commissioning & testing of distribution class lighting arrestor of rating 12 KV capacity and 10 KA NDC(Peak) confirming to to IEC-99.4 including brackets, clamps, bolts, nuts and washers complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply , fixing commissioning & testing of outdoor gang operated switch air break tilting type of current rating up to 200 Amps , triple pole each pole consisting of galvanized steel base. HT insulators as per IS, consisting of twelve insulator (3 insulators in each phase and one each for DO fuse), non ferrous knife and spray loaded contacts, arcing horns of adequate section to break magnetizing current of the transformers adequate lenth of GI pipe for phase separation, adequate length of GI pipe 25 mm dia light grade,for operation from ground level and operating handle with locking arrangement complete in both OFF & ON positions. All ferrous part hot dripped galvanized and non ferrous heavily tinned to with stand weather and suitable for vertical mounting 11000 volt 200 Amp current rating complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, commissioning & testing of out door transformer 63 KVA capacity copper wound, three phase, step-down hermatically sealed, 11000/433 Volts at no load, oil immersed naturally cooled, corrugated wall design with external coolling tubes/fins core type, Delta connection on primary (HV side) in accordance with vector group DY-11 with neutral brought on secondary (LV side) and having tappings at + 2.5, + 5.0%, + 7.5% be changed by means of hand operated "OFF LOAD" tap changer gear complete, mounted on suitable size of PCC plate form as per manufacturer NORMS/ Latest IS standard IS:2026, IS : 1180, IS:649, IS: 12444, IS: 335, including testing and comprising with followings :-

(a) HT bushing suitable for 11 KV complete with all accessories -03 nos. (b) LT bushing suitable for 1100 V complete with all accessories -04 nos. (c) Oil conservator with filler type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) Dehydrating breather with first fill dehydrating agent. (e) Expiosive vent. (f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover. (g) One number 100mm dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range 0-120 degree centigrade with maximum reading pointer, Max. Temperature indicator and resting device. M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type (nominal mix) B-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in plate-form coping of pole and the like complete including weather slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throaty includinf use of form work complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type (nominal mix) C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundation filling land mass concrete for pole and stay/ installation paths complete, all as specified and directed.

Copper strip 20 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and diected.

Supply and fix Anti-climbing device; spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round, square and flat) including nuts,bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit thecross section of the pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size complete all as specified and directed.

Chemical Earthing with copper pipe electrode 3.0 M long having outer pipe dia 50mm & inner pipe dia 44mm duly filled with highly conductive and anti corrosive compound of required quantity having chemical compostion Bentonite 40%, copper sulphate 20%, Gypsom 5%, Graphite 10%, Alum 5%, Zinc sulphate 10%, Aluminium sulphate 10% buried in ground by digging a bore of 150mm dia surrounded by soil friendly backfill compound non soluble in water including connection with Copper earth strip 20x3mm upto 7 meter length, making PCC pit of size 0.3mx0.3mx0.3m (inner size) in mix 1:3:6 type CI with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 40mm thick cover reinforced with 6mm dia MS bars 3 Nos both ways with lifting hook made out of 8mm dia bar and testing on completion to acheive value not more than 0.5 ohm complete all as specified and directed.

Copper strip 32 x 6mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and diected.

Supply & fix Test point terminal block made out of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos, 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screws complete all as specified and directed.
