Material and labour cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 ( 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and directed

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed

Exacavation in trenches in hard dense soil , n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, wells, manholes etc. nexc 10 sq m on plan and n exc1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass-concrete using type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour pre-cast cementconcrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10cm in width and setting in mortar,complete Type C 1 1:3:6 set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces incl finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour hard core of gauge n.exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick broken stone or boulders , water and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 40mm graged aggregate as in sub base floor complete all as specified and directed
