Reactive Maintenance (Initial Rectification works)

OD64234/2023-2024:Providing , laying and rolling of close graded premix carpet (CGPC) of 20 mm thickness composed of 11.2 mm to 0.09 mm (MoRTH M -041) aggregates premixed using viscosity grade bitumen (VG 30@22 kg of bitumen per 10 sqm (MoRTH 5.7.1 Type A) to required line, grade and level on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel static, roller of 80-100 kN capacity, finished to required level and grades. By Manual means.

5.2.a:Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion( RS) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 - 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

55.4:Supplying and stacking 36mm size hard broken stone in standard heaps for measurement.

55.7.a:Providing bitumen leveling coarse between 40mm and 150mm with 36mm deptl metal by spreading the metal to line and levels and rolling until the compacted coarse aggregate has a firm surface and applying hot bitumen with pressure sprayer at the rate of 20 Kg per M3 metal including all cost of bitumen conveyance heating mixing spreading in appropriate locations to proper levels compacting with power roler and other sundry stores.

10.3:Maintenance of Earth Shoulder (stripping excess soil) from the shoulder surface to achieve the approved level and compacting with plate compactor

OD75677/2023-2024:conducting and reporting routine inspection for the entire length of the road frequency of 7 days in the agreement period

OD75733/2023-2024:Removing the old existing Vinyl sticker on the display board of Running Contract & replacing with new vinyl sticker, including lettering, symbols and transporting to site etc as per direction of engineer in charge

Pre monsoon work

2.2:Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the area

OD64237/2023-2024:Emulsion patch work including all cost and conveyance of graded metal ,(36mm,12mm, 6mm) Emulsion (RS). rolling ,Laboure charges etc complete as directed by departmental officers

OD64238/2023-2024:Clearing existing drain including lifting of existing cover slabs and relaying it etc complete as per direction of dept officers

OD75678/2023-2024:Engaging man mazdoor for clearing drain and other works as per direction of dept officer

OD75679/2023-2024:Filling up pothole with readymix bituminous material of 25 kg packet including all charges and as per direction of departmental officers

Proactive or Preventive maintenance

OD75742/2023-2024:Providing , laying and rolling of close graded premix surfacing on prepared surface in single course composed with 11.20mm to 0.90mm graded metal @ 0.27 m3/10m2 and hot bitumen @ 22kg/m2 to required level, line including mixing in suitable plant , rolling with power roller, etc complete
