1) Operation & comprehensive Maintenance of the following Electro- mechanical services as per specifications and details of services etc. attached. a) E.I. & Fans b) Pumps c) Compound-Lighting d) Lightning conductor e) Sub-station f) E.A. Set g) Fire detection and Alarm, Fire Extinguishers, Fire Fighting. h) Split A/C unit, Window A/c Units, Water Coolers and Voltage Stabilizers i) Package AC Plant j) Geysers, Room heaters and Desert Coolers k) AVR - not applicable l) Lifts - not applicable m) Battery and Power Plant ( operation only) NOTE : 1)The Agency shall maintain the defect free services & shall submit report while raising the due payments . 2)For TRA Building, round the clock operation is not covered only AMC of DG Set & Electrical Installation to be done. . .

2) Servicing & Routine maintenance (B check) of 2x250 KVA capacity of DG set complete with cleaning of Air cleaner element, Replacement of engine lube oil of proper grade (seal pack of reputed make), replacement of lube oil filter elements, replacement of fuel filter elements, Check & reset injector pressure, Check & reset injector pump timing, Retighten cylinder head nuts, Adjust engine valve clearance, Replacement of radiator water by fresh distilled water with addition of coolant additive concentrate, Cleaning of radiator fins, drain sediments from water separator, check inlet air restriction, check air piping, belt tensions i/c cleaning & dedusting of alternator, control panel, fuel tank, tightening & maintaining of all hose connections, electrical connections, battery connections etc & actual load testing of DG set after servicing etc as directed. ["B" check once in 12 months. Servicing should be done from authorised dealer only]

3) Supplying & fixing of fully charged 12 volt,180AH lead acid Maintenance Free battery for starting of 250KVA DG set complete with end sockets etc.as reqd. NOTE- 1) The battery(s) of each DG set shall be replaced once during currency of contract & agency shall consider rebate for old battery while quoting of rates

3) Supplying & fixing of fully charged 12 volt,130AH lead acid Maintenance Free battery for starting of 50KVA DG set complete with end sockets etc.as reqd. NOTE- 1) The battery(s) of each DG set shall be replaced once during currency of contract & agency shall consider rebate for old battery while quoting of rates

4) Supplying & fixing Fine Filters having efficiency of 95% efficiency down to 10 microns (EU-4 class) suitable for 7TR Package AC units . NOTE-The Filters of each PKG unit shall be replaced at once during currency of contract.

5)Supplying & fixing pre filters/coarse filters having efficiency of 90% efficiency down to 20 microns (EU-2 class) suitable for 7TR Package AC units . NOTE-The Filters of each PKG unit shall be replaced at once during currency of contract.
