Transportation of swept waste, debris/unwanted materials like brickbat debris, branches of

trees, broken tiles etc. as directed by EIC including loading and throwing away all materials at

suitable place outside the premises up to 10.00 Kms lead by tractor trips/as directed by EIC

Cleaning of overhead water tank with removal of all sediments,dust,silt,soil,sand etc.from the

bottom and inside surface of the tank & washing,cleaning by approved quality of bleaching or

washing detergent powder or pottasium permanganate as directed by EIC. All necessary tools,

tackles,required materials,powder / solutions to be brought by the contractor at his own cost

and risk.R.C.C. Over head water tank of approx 10,000.00 Litre capacity

Providing, planting & Development of SELECTED best quality of green / red mehndi, golden

Durant hedge on both side of road including digging for excavation spreading required soil,

Special Terms & Condition

The % rate quoted & accepted by UGVCL shall apply on price variation amount. Category

Rs.476.0 as applicable from time to time.

Tenders r invited on % claim by contractor & bidder who offers minimum % will be considered

As & when additional manpower/quantity is required, bidder shall provide at the same rate &

For absent of person, recovery of 15% amount per day per person shall be levied from bill as

insurance agency or they are registered under ESI Act. In addition, whenever, ESI Act is

applicable and contractor has obtained ESI registration, no need to obtain Group Insurance

Policy separately.

If a firm quoted NIL service charge/consideration or quotes below (negative) the estimate, such

Labour wages are revised by labor department every year w.e.f. 1st April & 1st Oct. price variation

Deciding By Lucky Draw in case of Tie for L1 Price.

In the event of quoting equal L1 price by more than one tenderer, the successful tenderer for

the job shall be decided by ‘Lucky Draw’ system to be conducted by the Tender committee.

The ‘Lucky Draw’ may be witnessed by the L1 tenderers on being duly intimated regarding

date, time & venue mentioned therein. Method of ‘Lucky Draw’ system adopted by the

Tender Committee for selecting the successful bidder is final and binding for all purposes and

no complaint in this regard will be entertained.

12 We have read and clearly understood the terms, conditions, Schedule ‘B’ and Technical specifications put up by UGVCL on WEB site. I/We hereby accept all the

conditions and specifications of this tender document, and accordingly, I/We am/are willing to carry out the work at quated rate as above.
