A. Construction Works Cleaning and grubbing road land.(Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201. (i) By Manual means. (A) In area of non-thorny jungle.

Embankment Construction with Material Obtained from Borrow Pits (Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 (I) Private Land.

Construction of Sub grade and Earthen shoulders (Construction of Sub grade and Earthen shoulder with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification clause 303.1 (i) Private Land.

Water Bound Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. (A) By Mannual Means II) Grading III b) Using Screening Type-A (13.2mm Agg.) W.B.M - III (75 mm)

Providing and laying interlocking concrete block pavement (M 40) having thickness 80mm as per technical specification clause 1504 including carraige. a) Including Edge block/ Edge restraints.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3.0m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4.

Maintenance of WBM road including filling up of pot holes, ruts and rectifying corrugated surface, damaged edges and ravelling as per technical specification Clause 1906.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Bituminous Concrete: Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.508. complete in all respect. including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant ) (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)
