M&L in replacement for feeder pillers box factory made -out door type made out of MS sheet (CRCA) of thickness not less that 3 mm. of size 75 x 75 x 45 cm with aluminium bus bar strip 4 Nos of 600 Amps rated suitable for 1100 volt (LT) mounted on LT porcelain insulator front opening door two leaf braced with hinged, mounted on 4 Nos of angle iron 50x50 mm duly welded with box and grouted in PCC block of size 30cmx30cmx 15cm in concrete 1: 3 : 6. Top of box MS sheet duly bent in/slope, tapper with projection of 30 mm on all side, weather/vermin proof with high quality of rubber beeding on panel door, cable entry arrangements at bottom includes earthing terminals 2 Nos at both side and painted with two coats of smoke grey stove enameled paint over a primer coat including providing MCCB, 4 pole,fixed type 400 Amps, 36 KA rating-01 No complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning, scrapping , preparing the old painted steel surface of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer to HT/ LT panel of any size complete all as specified.

M & L in replacement for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcol dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connected by galvanised iron strip 32 mm x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers connected to test termination point protected by 40mm bore GI pipe light grade and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 including exluvation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed. Note-- (i) The unit rate shall include for GI water pipe, protection pipe wire mesh, funnel, excavation, RCC pit cover, PCC, test point, G I strip 32 X 6 mm from top of earth plate upto 5 mtr (ii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 1.5m away from the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fixing junction, Elbows etc. shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (iii) RCC pit cover shall be percast of RCC 1:2:4, type B-1, 80 mm thick reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4kg/Sqm in lieu of cast iron cover.

Material and Labour for inspecting and servicing of Oil cooled/ air cooled servo controlled voltage stabilizer of 5 KVA, 415V, 50 Hz, Three phase capacities installed at various locations within Air Force Station Halwara by cleaning the complete unit with suitable cleaning agent and checking the serviceability state of all the switchgears/ components such as variacs, ECC box, stepper motors, RC networks, control PCB, Carbon Brushes, sensing transformers, synchronising motor, drive gears etc complete and replacing the defective spare parts and testing for proper fuctioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Components / spare parts will be measured and and paid separately under relevant items of Schedule 'A', however the the cost of suitable wires, lugs, nuts, bolts and washers required for control wiring shall be included in quoted rate.

Material and labour for Filtration/dehydration of transformer oil of oil cooled servo voltage stabilizer of various capacities installed at various locations within Air Force Station Hakimpet with mobile type filtration plant to achieve di-electric strength of 30 KV for 1 minute at 2.5mm gap as per relevant IS including testing and recording the values of dielectric strength of oil before and after filtration at site with transformer oil testing machine complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Topping up of transformer oil into the body of servo controlled voltage stabilizer to the desired level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up/down worn out/damaged/unserviceable PVC insulated underground cable armoured, heavy duty with aluminium conductors of any size, 1100V grade from trench/duct/pole/wall/pipes/rooftops etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separetely.

LT UG cable XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor laid in trenches/on poles/walls/in ducts/passing through pipes etc including jointing materials such as cable glands, lugs etc of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core. complete all as specified and directed.

LT UG cable XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor laid in trenches/on poles/walls/in ducts/passing through pipes etc including jointing materials such as cable glands, lugs etc of size 25 sqmm 3.5 core. complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft or loose soil, not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and getting out complete all as specified and directed.Notes : (i) Payment for excavation shall be made for one time in case the newcable is laid in the same trenches. (ii) Excavation upto top of brick protection shall be measured for payment purposes.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Brick protection with sub class "B" bricks (old size) laid dry, flat in trenches over cable with longest dimension perpendicular to the axis of the cable complete all as specified and directed specified .

Sand cushioning in trenches and well ramming in layers below and above the cable with fine dry sand for cable protection and complete all as specified and directed.

GI tubing light grade as in cable protection pipe including all fittings complete all as directed for 40mm bore

M&L for boring upto 80mm dia under road/path/hardstanding to pass the HT/LT UG cables using mechanical machines including f PVC pipe 75mm dia complete all as specified and directed.
