Widening and Strenghtening of Lilautinath Mandir Road Km 01 to Km 02 (330) in Dist Kheri

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.

Construction of subgrade and earthen Embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits(carted earth) with all lift & lead up to 1 km, transporting to site, spreading,grading to required slope and compected to meet requirement of table 300-2.

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2. Compaction Only

Scarifying the existing granular/ bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and leads upto 1000 metres.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying primer coat with SS2 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with hydraulic broom .

Providing and laying bituminious concrete with 100 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder as per job mix, transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT & H Specifications Clause 509 complete in all respects.

Bridge Portion Dismantling of existing structures,like culverts,bridges,retaining wall and other structure comprising of brick masonary,including unerviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lift and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202.

Excavation for road work in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross ections, and transporting to the emb

Boring with 100 mm dia casing pipe for dewatering including cost of pipes , other materials, labour charges etc. complete.

Dewatering the ground water for trenches with hire,operational &fuel charges of pump with oprater complete
