Rough excavation not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed

Rolling and consolidation to required gradient and camber of formation surface in cutting by 8 to 12 tonne power road roller including filling in depression which occur during rolling complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 200mm thick soling (or sub base) with broker boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed adn rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber in two layers of 75mm thick each by 8 to 10 tonne vibro type road roller complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for laying and compacting 100mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as per table 400-13 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate adn granular material premixed with wate to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 OOKN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed. The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing the road side berms, removing vegetation, loose spoils, spreading average 75mm thick Moorum/ red bajri, filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing unsurfaced (WMM) surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly one prime coat Bitumen emultion on WMM @ of 7.5 Kg per 10 Sqm per clause 502.2.2 of MORT& H specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for premix bituminious macadam (BM) average 50mm thick for grading 2 as given in Table 500-10 on Page No 177 of MORT&H with 4.5% binder content (VG-30) by weight of total mix with rock dust filler 2% as per design mix using mechanical paver with string sensor with Marshal stability 9.0 KN at 60 degree c, laid to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for preparing BM/ WMM surface by brushing with mechanical brooms and high pressure jet for removing caked mud and applying evenly one priming coat of VG-10 Grade paving bitumen at 2.5 Kg per 10 Sqm by using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing 40mm thick consolidated thickness bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.5% binder content (VG-30) by weight of total mix, with hydrated lime filler 2% (if recommended in trial mix) using mechanical paver with string sensor with Marshal stability 9.0 KN at 60 degree C laid by mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to achieve a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of bituminous surfaces and applying road marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows and the like not exceeding 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with 20% glass beads (intermixed) spread and laid automatic mechanical machine engine at approx temperature of 160 degree celcius with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of Model No DA 972.0 fixed with and including mild steel stud of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Numbers 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45mm/ 50mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic polyster elastomer 3 bands of Green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embeding in PCC 1:2:4 (150mm x 150mm x 300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 120mm x 120mm x 25mm (shank 60mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4 V/ 0.3 Watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2 V/ 1600MA) consisting of six super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre in depth for foundation or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, piers holes not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete block masonary type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for padestal/ coping, bed block for post, including necessary form work, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces or surface other than fair face and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing new plastered or un-plastered walls surfaces and applying three coats white wash complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and hunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested for 300mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and hunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested for 450mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 300mm bore reinforced concrete pipe class NP2 laid and jointed complete with collers complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soil. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material soil exceeding 1.50 Km but not exceeding 5 Km and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
