Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of: G.S. Sheet complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling tiled roofing with battens, boarding etc. complete including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work,including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. In gratings framed guard bars,ladders,railling,brackets and similar works complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 10 mm thick translucent white arcylic plastic sheet complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

40 mm thick cement concrete flooring with 25 mm under layer of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement :3 sand :6 stone aggegate of size 12.5 mm and below) and 15 mm weaking layer in cement concrete 1:2 to 3 (1cement : 2 to 3 stone aggregate of size 4.75 mm and below) laid integral with base course and finished with a floating coat of neat cement including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. .

Providing and fixing GRG ceiling tiles of size 600*600 mm including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm (Sixty centimetre)overall with 0.60mm (Zero point sixty millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 (Twenty)microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating plus back coat of polyster of 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm dia & prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer in Charges.

Providing valleys of 90 cm wide overall in plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete : 1.60 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 350 gm/m² including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. .

Providing and fixing 15 cm wide, 45 cm overall semicircular plain G.S. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3mm size, bolts, nuts and washers etc., including making necessary connections with rain water pipes complete. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m² including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. .

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in foot path on 22 mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:4).Light shade pigment using white cement including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. .

Providing and fixing prepainted sheet 0.60mm thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separtely)

Plain/reinforced cement concrete in substructure complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 ans 1204 III. P.C.C. grade M 20 Nominal mix (1:2:4)(i) upto 5m height (ironito mix) complete including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. .
