Supply of 4 no of multi stage water lubricated vertical turbine Pumps with hollow shaft Three phase Induction Motor having a capacity of 18000 lpm pumping water from a check dam into the Pampa reservoir with a head of 56.4m.

Supply of Star-Delta starter suitable for the pump-motor set with star-delta starter panel

Part B-Supply of LT Panels

Design, fabrication, testing and supply of cubicle type self standing LT panel board conforming to relevant IS/IEC specifications having one number 800A, 50KA, Four pole, 415V Manual Draw out Type ACB of approved make (Schneider/Siemens/ABB/L&T) with 415 Volt UV release, earth fault and overcurrent protections, racking interlock etc. and with builtin CT, required indications etc as incomer and outgiong with thermal over load protection and with 800 A aluminium TPN bus bars, indication lamps, meterings (A Multi function meter with 3 line voltage/ 3 phase voltage/frequency/3 line current indication at a time and an Energy meter with voltage, current, energy and PF), neutral CT operated earth fault relay, current transformers, control fuses, cable termination arrangements suitable for 3 runs of 400 Sq.mm Al cable for incomer and 2 runs of 400 sq.mm Al cables for motor feeder made with 2.5/2mm CRCA Sheets, channels, angles etc., and powder coated after anticorrossive treatment etc. complete as per standards. (MSB1 ,MSB2, MSB3).

Supply of 4 way 6/10 Amps per way wall mounting type power DB with 125A TPN isolator as incomer,125A- 100mA 4 Pole ELCB, and 6 nos 6AmpsMCB and 6 Nos 10 Amps MCB as outgoings with cable box for incomer cable etc. complete with one number 125 Amps 4 pole change over switch in sheet steel enclosure.

Supply of all Materials for cabling of PDB such as 3.5x 50 sq.mm Al cable, cable gland, lugs etc. complete.

Supply of all Materials for erection of starters and their cable termination.

Supply of cable adaptor box, additional earth pits, additional neutral and body earthing, neutral CT and its cabling, termination of Transformer secondary cables to the cable adaptor box with suitable supports etc. complete as specified.(TRF 1& 2) including all accessories for the complete interconnections

Supply of cable adaptor box, additional earth pits, additional neutral and body earthing, neutral CT and its cabling, termination of Transformer secondary cables to the cable adaptor box with suitable supports etc. complete as specified.(TRF 3 adapter box 1) including all accessories for the complete interconnections

Supply of cable adaptor box, additional box body earthing, termination of cables to the cable adaptor box with suitable supports etc. complete as specified.(TRF 3-adapter box 2 for tapping supply to MSB4) including all accessories for the complete interconnections

Supply of 3.5 X 400 sq.mm Armoured Aluminium cable(AYFY) for laying cable from the three transformer secondaries to individual panels and panels to starters as per the site requirement for the installtion testing, Commissioning & integration of 4 pump sets

Supply of 3 X 400 sq.mm Armoured Aluminium cable(AYFY) for laying cable from the starters to motors as per the site requirement for the installtion testing, Commissioning & integration of 4 pump sets

Part A-Replacement of Pump Set-Labour Portion

Labour charges for the installation of the pump sets, Starters & accessories and its Testing, Commissioning, Performance Testing, Acceptance Testing and Handing over to KSEB Ltd of the new pump sets / starter supplied and all integrations of equipments with controls.

Part B-Replacement of LT Panels-Labour Portion

Labour Charges for erection , testing, commissioning, of the panels supplied and its integration with the pump sets including termination of incoming and out going cables as specified for MSB1,MSB2, MSB3 and including all integration works

Labour Charges for erection, testing, commissioning of panel supplied and its integration with the pump set, termination of incoming and out going cables as specified for MSB4 and including all integration works

Labour charges for providing for cable adaptor box and Transformer, neutral (2 nos) and adapter body earthing (1 no), neutral CT and its cabling, termination of Transformer secondary cables to the cable adaptor box with suitable supports etc. complete as specified for Transformers TRF 1& TRF 2 including all integrating works

Labour charges for providing for cable adaptor box and Transformer, neutral (2 nos) and adapter body earthing (1 no), neutral CT and its cabling, termination of Transformer secondary cables to the cable adaptor box with suitable supports etc. complete as specified for Transformer TRF 3 and including all integrating works

Labour charges for providing cable adaptor box, box body earthing, termination of cables to the cable adaptor box with suitable supports etc. complete as specified (Adaptor box for MSB4 of pump 4) and including all integrating works

Labour Charges for erection of Power DB with change over switch including termination of cables, earthing etc. as specipfied and including all integarting works
