Supply of transformer copper wound step down outdoor type confirming to IS:1180 (Part-l) 2014 EEL-1, Level J complete with standard fitting HT 11KV 3 phase, LT 433 volt, 3 phase 4 wire with off load tappings on HT side to vary secondary voltage within limit, aN as per latest IS of Capacity 160 KVA copper wound including initial oil filling to appropriate level with desire dielectric strength and connected with the electric system including jointing materials, temperature rise 50 / 55 degree C and standard accessories complete all as specified and directed as under:- (a) 3 Nos Porceline Bushing on HT Side at 11 KV side. (b) Cable Box on LT Side with neutral brought out as earthing terminal. (c) Off load tap changer +/-7.5% in steps of 2.5%. (d) Bidirectionel roller. (e) Conservator with drain valve. (f) Earthing terminals 02 Nos of the body Of transformer & 02 Nos for Neutral earthing. (g) Double diaphragm explosion vent. (h) Radiator Fin Type. (i) First filling of oil indnding make up fill, (j) Silica gel breather with oil seal. (k) Rating and diagram plate. (l) Air release plug. (m) Inspection Cover (n) 100 MM Dial Type Thermometer (o) Rating & Terminal Marking Plate Note : Pre-approval of drawing of transformer is to be submitted by contractor for approval of Accepting officer.

Supply, laying and fix of Cable laid in trenches, passing through pipes and fixed on wall/floor/ceiling with proper saddles, including testing of XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 11000 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of following size 95 sq mm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and jointing Cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric underground power cable with stranded aluminium conductor cross sectional area 240 sqmm 3.5 core suitable for working on 1100 Volts, confirming to IS-7098 (part-1) 1988 with latest amendment laid in tranches, in floor, in ducts, through pipe or along pole complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No. 2.00 to 3.00 :- (a) Excavation, earthwork, DWC pipe, GI pipe shall be measured and paid for separately. (b) The cost of Al thimbles/lugs and cable gland etc is incl in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for it.

Prestressed concrete pole,11m long, minimum cross section 152mm x 152mm at top and minimum cross section 152 x 260 at bottom, class 9 erected in true vertical position, including painting of pole with weatherproof distemper complete all as specified. Note :- Excavation / earth work, PCC for foundation and coping shall be measured and paid for separately.

Cross arms, bracing, stiffeners, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending, cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as directed including two coats of aluminium paint (under and finishing coat) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing continuity galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm or main earthing lead fixed to wall with clamps or recess or croses or buried in ground or drawn in conduits/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, lay and testing of Double Walled Corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe of size 110 mm outer dia conforming to IS 16205 Part -24 Including necessary bends, coupling, tees, reducers, spacers, end caps, rubber rings etc having pressure rating not less than 450 N through trenches/wall/floor/on pole in any type of soil for protection of electric cable fixed in repair / replacement complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp suitable of 11000 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix air cooled split unit air conditioner with with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating indoor outdoor unit electric driven single phase of capacity of 2 TR, BEE 5 star rated, Invertor type with copper condenser, including fixing brackets, High EER compressor, copper connection pipes, cooling power 6600 Kilowatts noise level less than 42 DB all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation suitable for 2 TR Air conditioner unit with suitable capacity upto 5 KVA , single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% all as specified and directed.

Point wiring with 4 Sq.mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 4 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cable and connected to common earth and earth dolly with suitable copper lugs and drawing into and including rigid non-metallic PVC concealed conduit of 20mm dia or higher, medium grade complete with and including all PVC conduit accessories and replacement of sunk zinc coated pressed steel terminal box of 1.60mm thick with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover, brass screws, cup washers etc including all cutting / chases etc in walls complete all as specified and directed for Description a for one AC point 20 Amps independent all as directed at site. Note : Seprate circuit of individual point will be drawn from the DB directly for AC point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

S & F cable route indicator for HT 11 KV cable made out of CI die cast 100mm round disc min 2 mm thick including excavation, earth work and embedding in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 of size 200 x 200 x 200 mm and 2 feet in height properly buried inside trench complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor end termination, heat shrinkable type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm fixing complete all as specified.

PCC concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in mass concrete / foundation of pole including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

PCC concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone for coping of poles complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and n.exc 10 Sqmm on plan for foundation of Pole, laying of cable and getting out in hard dense soil complete as specified and directed.

Dito all as per Item No. 19.00 above but depth exceeding 1.5 mtr and not exceeding 3.00 mtr deep and getting out complete as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in any type of soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soil complete all as specified.

Removing of excavated materials n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT , 25 x 20 cm size complete all as specified and directed.

Sub main wiring power/circuit using PVC insulated unsheathed, stranded copper conductor cable FRLSH 2 Single core of size 4 Sqmm, earth continuity conductor of size 1X 4.0 Sqmm to be drawn through and including PVC casing caping/ PVC Conduit not less then32mm dia medium Grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes:- (i) Two wires of 4 sqmm and one wire of 4.0 sqmm and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit.

Stone masonry walling or squred walling in cm 1:6, brought upto courses using dressed same size Porbandar stone of superior quality complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of Stone aggregate of size 40 mm to 100 mm and laid in 4 pole structure and two pole structure including cleaning bushes from grass root and making good surface before laying of stone aggregate complete all as directed by Engg-in-charge

S & F of GI Tubing light grade 150 mm for cable protection, laid under plinths / floors / roads / culverts or fixed on walls or concealed in walls or along the steel poles by means of M.S.F.I clamps with necessary bolts nuts washers etc complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of poles etc complete all as directed by Engg-in-charge

Supply and erect steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, nuts and taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type HT pole type 410-SP-55 (11mtr long) complete all as directed by Engg-in-charge

Taking down bird proofing net carefully from hanger ceiling upto 10M high and remove from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F bird proofing net of 100% virgin Nylon mono filament net made of around +/- 0.80 yarn in 32mm square mesh and having yarn breaking strength appx. 23 Kgs per yarn having ultra violet stabilized for hangar fixed & complete all as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
