Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in Soft / Loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, plantation and developing of Korean Grass including necessary earthwork excavation to a depth not exceeding 30cm in any type of soil, removing the Weeds, Roots and Vegetation, filling of Good Earth [Without Moorum content] and having suitable pH and EC as recommended for Saline Water conditions [3 Parts], Manure such as Cow Dung, Vermi-Compost, Polydol Dust Neem Cake and Organic Manure etc. [1 Part] and watering etc. and applying Soil Pesticide, transplanting of Carpet Grass including cost of Good Earth, Manure, Pesticides, Grass etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, plantation and developing of Ravi / Neem [height of plant not less than 2.00m above ground level and of age 12 Months] with proportional girth, evergreen species including preparation of ground upto 1.00m deep and of size 600 X 600mm and filling of Good Earth [Without moorum content] and having suitable pH and EC as recommended for Saline Water conditions [3 Parts], Manure such as Cow Dung, Vermi-Compost, Polydol Dust Neem Cake and Organic Manure etc. [1 Part] and watering etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, plantation and developing of Jamun / Ficus Plants [height of plant not less than 1.50m above ground level and of age 6 Months] with proportional girth, evergreen species including preparation of ground upto 600mm deep and of size 300 X 300mm and filling of Good Earth [Without moorum content] and having suitable pH and EC as recommended for Saline Water conditions [3 Parts], Manure such as Cow Dung, Vermi-Compost, Polydol Dust Neem Cake and Organic Manure etc. [1 Part] and watering etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8, Type D–2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundation, Fillings, Mass concrete, Footings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Unreinforced Cement Concrete in ground floors and Pavings not exceeding 15cm thick [below or above ground level] and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 10 Sq.m on plan area and depth not exceeding 1.5m and getting out in Soft / Loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 10 Sq.m on plan area and depth exceeding 1.5m deep and not exceeding 3.0m deep and getting out in Soft / Loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick of excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note: A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming.
