E&M PORTION Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, ceiling etc all as specified.

Taking down sub main copper/aluminium cable of various sizes from existing conduit/ batten complete all as specified.

Taking down old MCB DBs/ Main switches of sizes complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement of LED Bldg Street light fitting 35 - 36W, IP 65 made up of pressure die cast housing with toughned glass and individual high power LEDs with secondary optics, IP65 protection, roadway luminaire with high power LED as light source 1x35/36 Watt, LED 6000K, complete with all accessories internally pre-wired complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement of Street Light bracket made of light grade GI pipe 32 mm bore and 1.20 mtr long duly bent to shape including 2 Pairs of MS Clamps made out of 40mm x 3mm M.S. flat, nuts, bolts, washers etc complete all as specified.

M&L for making horizontal hole by mechanical boring under hard standing, pavements or roads for insertion of GI pipes 40 mm to 80 mm bore and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement of 80 mm bore light grade ISI marked galvanished iron tubing laid in trenches or inserting in horizontal boring for cable protection including fixing with MS Clamp and nut bolts complete all as specified.

Supply, laying and testing in replacement of cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 core all as specified.

Excavation in trenches in soft/Loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out for laying of cables, pipe etc all as specified.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil all as specified.

Removing excavated material (Soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified.

M&L for dry sand cushioning for protection of under ground cables (8cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable in trenches) complete all as specified.

M&L for well burnt Sub class 'B', old size bricks laid dry, flat over the cable abutting each other, length of brick equal to width of brick complete all as specified.

M&L for taking down carefully existing flame proof wall mounted fan from site before B/R repair work, keeping in safe custody in store for greasing / oiling of ball bearings / bushes and making it for smooth and noise free operation and painting with Hi-Gloss synthetic enamel paint of approved shade by spray painting after filling cavaties and re-fixing after providing new fan clamp, nuts/bolts, washers, rod as required and provision of 3 core copper flexible cable of size 2.5 Sqmm from ceiling fan connector complete with writing of MES No. on the fan surface all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of flame proof wiring with single core PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100 Volts grade (ZHFR) Zero Halogen Flame Retardant Smoke Free Non-Toxic Non-Corrosive Electric Cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm phase and neutral drawn in and including ERW rigid steel stove enamled black conduit heavy duty ISI marked of size 20mm dia surface type including all flame proof conduit fittings and accessories such as tees, junction boxes, bends, duly tested by CMRI Dhanbad duly earthed with same cable as for wiring above but green in colour as continuous earthing wire connected to earth dolly for one 3 pin 15/ 25 Amps socket outlet point on independent board complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement of flame proof, weather proof direct entry type rotary switch with cable terminal box in cast aluminium alloy LM-6 enclosure epoxy powder coated single pole 230 volts 16 Amp ON / OFF switch AC certified by CRMI for group II-A & II-B including compression glands complete all as specified. S&F in replacement of Flame Proof Control Panel Box size 420 mm x 420 mm x 250 mm(TPN 4 WAY) Main Incomer 63 Amp Four Pole MCB (1 No), Out going 6 Amp one Pole MCB (12 Nos) complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Sudhir/ Baliga/ Shyam/ Bajaj.

S&F in replacement of Flame proof switch socket & plug combined in LM6 cable termination box in LM6, 16 Amp, 250V, 2P + earth complete all as specified. Make:- Sudhir/ Baliga/ Shyam/ Bajaj.

S&F in repair three core PVC insulated flexible cable cord 1.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor flexible cables 1100 Volt grade complete and making connection from Street light to DBs all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring concealed complete with two runs of 1100 Volts grade 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable with multi-stranded copper conductor of FR-LSH grade drawn through and including 20mm bore non metallic rigid steel conduit and conduit accessories concealed in walls/ roofs/ floors etc. with one run of 1100 Volts grade 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable with multi-stranded copper conductor of FR-LSH grade as earth continuity conductor all as specified.

M&L in repair earth continuity conductor or main galvanised Iron strip of size 32 mm x 6 mm earthing lead burried in ground, fixed to wall, any other indicated situation for loop earthing and the like upto test point on necesarry insulators and fastning screws, rawl plugs complete all as specified and directed. [NOTE: - The joints of each lead strip shall be welded / brazed and the cost of brazing / welding shall deem to be included in unit rate of this item].

S&F for 40 mm bore GI tubing, light grade with all fittings including fixing arrangement with screws, clamps on insulator for protection of Aluminium earh strip upto 1.50 metres from ground level including taking out unserviceable one complete all as specified.

S&F in repair copper strip 20 mm x 3 mm buried in ground as main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthling etc as required 20 mm x 3 mm copper countinity earth conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in replacement of test point terminal block made of gun metal or phasphorous bronze size 75 mm X 75 mm X 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screw fixed to wall and connected with earth strip complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement of single pointed air termination aluminum rod, 12 mm dia and 300 mm long including 20 mm size air terminal base / ridge saddle made of gun metal with and including fixing arrangment on the ridge of RCC roof / on pole as required complete all as specified.

S&F for suitable size 'F' class brige insulator of non hygroscopic non combustable track resistant high strenght FRP/SMC/DMC material suitable for separator/ sepacer of aluminium strip from the pole and fixing accessories such as clamps , nuts, bolts, washer etc. complete all as specified.

B&R PORTION Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removal of debris from site to outsite MoD land.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type B-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base all as specified.

M&L for 50 mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor including finishing top surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

M&L for forming contraction (Dummy) joint 65 mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound garde-A complete all as specified.

M&L for removal of existing treatment by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit having dia 7''/ 9'' to make the surface from dust, loose paints etc complete all as specified.

M&L for applying two coats of white cement based putty including sand papering the puttied surfaces to form an even and smooth surface complete all as specified.

M&L for applying two coats of oil boud distemper over a coat of alkali resistance primer using airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a maximum material hose length of 30 mtr. The spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with proguard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and accessories for applying distemper/ primer should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified.

S&F in repair 2.5 mm thick rubber sheet with fabric backing or insert of plain coloured or marbled topping, matt or glossy laid on floors with approved adhesive complete all as specified.

S&F for stainless steel cover of suitable size for weep holes as per site requirement.

Engagement of Hand held petrol driven brush cutter (grass cutting machine) of Make: Honda, Model: UMK4450T (47 CC) or its equivalent make with 2 teeth blade attachment with operator for 8 hours/ day for cutting grass, bushes, small plants of any type etc along the sides of Dispersal Area, Taxi Track, Runway shoulders and Airfield areas throughout the period of contract including supply of fuel, lubricants, spares, renewal of blades etc complete as required. [Note : [a] Contractor shall possess minimum four machine and shall engage the same as per requirement decided by the Engineer-in-Charge. [b] Contractor shall keep standby machine in the event of break down of any machine and keep ready requisite spares, blades etc to make the machine functional within minimum possible time. [c] The work is to be executed in highly restricted area. [d] Proper safety arrangement, eequipment shall be provided by the contractor for the workmen. [e] Contractor shall keep records of wages, EPF, ESIC etc as applicable and submit the proof before processing of payments. [f] The rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for all the above provisions and nothing shall be paid extra on these accounts].

Engagement of unskilled manpower for scrapping the grass on both the edges of PTT / links manually by shovel, hoe or scrapper etc. and cleaning of concrete portion by brooming, clearing the silt, sludge, shrubs etc. from the existing drain & depositing where directed etc for 8 hours/ day including necessary T&P, wheelbarrow trolleys, safety gear etc as specified and directed. [Note : [a] Contractor shall be required to engage up to 10 persons/ day as per the requirement projected by the Engineer-in-Charge on day to day basis. [b] The work is to be executed in highly restricted area. [c] Proper safety precautions shall be provided by the contractor for workmen. [d] Contractor shall keep records of wages, EPF, ESIC etc as applicable and submit the proof before processing of payments. [e] The rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for all the above provisions and nothing shall be paid extra on these accounts].
