Dismantling wall and ceiling boards, fibre or pulp, insulation etc. in insulation boards slabs, blankets any thickness incl cover fillets.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 sq cm and over in section, in any position for unframed work complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. unframed work under 40 sq. cm in section.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 sq cm and over in section, in any position for Framed work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, thickness on brick, stone, concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, removal of rubbish and cleaning, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashler facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Second class hard-wood clean sawn timber scantlings unframed fixed in position

Preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, new or old, of any description and girth, not otherwise described and treated with creosote. Complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 13 above but except bricks complete all as specified and directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick (AZ 150) of any colour as directed by GE having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick (AZ 150) for ridge cover of any colour as directed by GE having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Refixing ceiling boards of any thickness and type from aluminium or GI frame work after repair work. Complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for (595 mm X 595mm) false ceiling system , using hot dipped galvanised steel section exposed surface with precoated capping, GI powerd coated tee and cross tee of size 24x32mm & 24x27mm having 0.27mm gauge at every 600mm c/c interval ( Galvanized @ 120 grams both side inclusive and black painted groove on centre of tee grid) and wall angle of size 19x19mm having 0.35mm gauge fixed to the wall. The above grid is tobe suspended at every 1200mm c/c in both direction using 2mm thick pre-straightened GI wire laying designer tile ivory painted (high pressure steam cured) of 4 mm thickness (as per IS 14862) of size 595x595 mm and ant ine of the design (cascadev or electra) , back of the tile duly sanded and finished with a coat of protective paint over the formed grid etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of brick/ concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and fair without using extra cement.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in two layers on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces first layers 10 mm thick with cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and second layers 5 mm thick with cement mortar 1:4 with mixing of water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid seprately.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash on walls. all as specified & directed.

M&L two coats of white wash on walls on old decorated surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic distemper over a coat of primer, white or tinted in two coat complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying acrylic distemper , white or tinted in two coat complete all as specified & directed.

M & L applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer on new plastered surface incl preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. Complete all as specified and directed

Erection and fixing only rolled sections as in purlins where connected to common rafters fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates. Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS joist channel (Fe 410-W Gde E-250 Quality A), angle or Tee section, flats square bars etc fixed indepently framed or without connecting plates ,trusses etc any type framing including purlins and rafters etc confirming to Grade Fe 410-0 or Fe-310-0 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes:- (a) All purlin shall be of 'Z' section and size of purlins shall be decided by GE as per design stability of structure before execution of the work. (b) The spacing of all purlins shall not be more than 1200 mm c/c as per prevaling IS Code (IS-12093) (c) Fixing arrangement of sheet purlins and truss shall be ensured by GE as per design stability of structure and as per prevaling IS Code before execution of the work. (d) GE may please ensure that horizontal overlapping of pre-painted galvalume sheets shall be directly over the layed purlins, if purlin and horizontal overlapping of sheets not match extra purlin may be provided.

M & L Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 15 cm but n exc 22.5 cm long and dia of neck 16 to 20 mm

S&F 0.63 mm thick Plain, GI sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed)

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 as in copings , benching, bedplates etc. including all necessary formwork etc. complete all as specified.

M&L for Preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth , not otherwise described and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwisespecifically provided for. Complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 18 to 20 mm thick prepolished machine cut kota stone tile as in flooring incl 20 mm th cement screed base in CM 1:6 , laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including necessary grinding, rubbing and polishing. complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 37 but on vertical surfaces of walls as in skirting and dados incl 10mm th backing coat in CM 1:4. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, (20 mm graded stone aggregate)as plinth protection and finishing even and smooth without using extra cement incl making joints 12 mm wide of full depth of PCC at every 3 meters and at every change in direction and filling the same with sealing compund grade 'A' incl necessary formwork. Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling mild steel work any description not otherwise provided for,complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper / Aluminum point wiring (light, fan socket and power) complete including switches, ceiling rose lamp holder and regulator etc and removing from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls / floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L point wiring in replacement for existing point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) two single core PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade, FRLS-H grade in existing concealed PVC conduit 20 mm dia or higher and conduit fittings and all accessories with suitable size of sunk type cast iron or pressed steel terminal box 1.2mm thick, duly painted for mounting of switches, sockets, fan regulator etc with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet as top cover, including contineous earth wire PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) FRLS-H grade, green colour, up to common earth and connected to earth dolly compete all as specified and directed of the following. (Note: (i) Colour code shall be maintained as per IE rule) (ii) The rate for modular metal flush box, cover plate and modular frame shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Taking down & refixing of ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep single phase 230 volts with down rod, canopy, blades etc including painting of ceiling fan and connecting with twisted three cord flexible copper conductor cable (23/0.0076) from ceiling rose to connector of fan and writing MES No on fan complete all as specified and directed.

Note : Tenderers may note that amount of credit Rs 7,69,110.00 will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
