Providing and applying tack coat with VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer/Bituminous surface as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

2.00cm premix carpet surfacing with 1.80 cum and 0.90 cum of stone chipping of 13.20mm size and 11.20 mm size respectively per 100 Sqm and 52 kg and 56 kg of hot bitumen per cum of stone chipping of 13.20mm and 11.2 mm size respectively , including a tack coat hot straight bitumen on bitumenus surface including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity etc.complete

Providing and laying seal coat premixed fine aggregate (passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg of bitumen of grade VG-10 Per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 Sqm. of road surface including rolling and finishing with road roller all complete.

Preparation and consolidation of subgrade on embankment with power road roller of 8-12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.50cm depth ,dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. to facilitate the first layer and re-rolling the sub grade under optimum moisture conditions to achieve at least 95% of maximum dry density and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 50.00 metres.

Retro Reflective sign board are made of 2mm.thick ACP Seet to be full covered with engineers, grade Retro reflective as per colour required by i/q. the Retro reflective - sheet shall be proceed on Aluminum teased as per recommendation, text and sign.Text and sign symbols with be computerized and fabricated on N.T. grade. The sheet with lives,of extra frame of angie iron 32x323mm duly painted One or two posts of M.S .heavy duty channel of 75x35x35 3000mm long and painted with super. Synthetic enamel paint. Retro Reflective sign board double side size 4'x3'
