Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in earth work in all lead and lifts in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in soft/hard rock chiseling/wedging out of rock) where blasting is prohibited saturated soil including out of water stacking the excavated soil in 15cm layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in soft/hard rock, chiseling wedging out of rock where blasting in prohibited saturated soil including bailing / pumping out of water, stacking the excavated soil in all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers, when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engneer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement: 6sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering in foundation and plinth and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Square rubble masonry coursed with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6sand) in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying damp proof course 38mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement: 2sand: 4 graded stone agg. 12.50mm nominal size and curing complete in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying a coat of hot bitumen (mexphalt 80/100 equivalent) using 1.70kg/per sqm on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with following piece of cloth lightly socked in kierosene oil in all lead and lifts.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks 2nd class in super structure above plinth level upto floor two level in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6sand) in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing wood work in frames of doors,windows and other frames wrought framed and fixedin position withsecond class deodarwood in all leads and lifts

Providing and fixing wood paneled glazed or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clear story 40mm thick windows including bright finished black enameled iron with necessary screws with second class deodar wood 40mm thick in all leads and lifts

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85G. with wire of dia 0.56 mm for doors windows and clerestorey windows including bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws 2nd class deodar wood 40mm thick including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.2nd class deodar wood and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor two ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor, roofs, landings and the like floors etc. up to 200mm thickness.

Beam cantileverfs, girders and lintels, sides and soffits of beams, hounding, cantilevers, bressumers 1.00mtr in depth in all leads and lifts.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement:2sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Suspended floor roofs landing shelves and their supports balconies, beams girders bressumers and cantilevers up to floor two level.

Wall any thickness but not less than 0.1mtr thickness attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1cement:1.5 sand: 3 graded stone agg. 20mmnominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete workin:-

Lintels, beams, girdersbressumers and cantilvers upto floor level

Providing 40mm thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2sand: 4 graded stone aggregate nominal size laid in one layer finished with floating coat of neat cement and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

20 mm cement plaster in single coat of rough side of brick/stone masonry for interior plastering up to floor two level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth CM 1:6 (1cement: 6sand).

6mm thick cement plaster to ceiling in CM 1:4 (1cement:4sand) in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing plinth protection 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3sand:6 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete in all depths and heights and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying two coat of wood preservative on new wood based surface after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning dirt dust and other foreign matter.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surface after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil dirt grease and other foreign matter sand papering and knotting ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink in all leads and lifts.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with ready mixed paint brushing the give and even shade including cleaning of all dirt dust and other foreign matter and sand papering and stopping with ready mixed paint other than white in all leads and lifts.

White washing with lime on undecorated walls surface ( two coats) to given an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface dirt dust mortar dirt and other foreign matterin all leads and lifts.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered material in all leads and lifts.
