Cleaning of Over Head water storage tanks of capacity exc 250 ltrs but n'exc 1000 ltrs, mechanised dewatering of water including sludge from the tanks, cleaning internal & external tank surfaces with high pressure water spray/gunny bags and apply anti bacterial spray/ bleaching powder including writing date of cleaning (with thick paint in capital bold letter "TANK CLEANED ON") on each tankwith stencil etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - In - Charge. Note : Rates deemed to inclusive for (i) Opening & closing of tank covers properly before & after execution of cleaning work. (ii) Removal & refixing of float valves of any size & description before & after execution of work. (iii) Removal of sludge where directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (iv) User completion certificate shall be produced by the Contractor. (v) If damage the tank during the cleaning will re-fitting the new tank with contractor's own risk. (vi) If damage the float valve during the removal for re-fitting will re-fitting the same with contractor's own risk.

M&L for lagging on 15 mm internal dia pipe all round with 50 mm thick bonded mineral wool pre-formed 'SNAP ON' pipe section of density of 144 Kg/Sqcm confirm to IS 9842 including providing with chicken mesh wire netting 25 gauge 20 mm mesh and 0.01 mm aluminium foil etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
