Excavation in trenches by using man power not exc 1.5m width and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out soil in soft/loose soil .

Excavation in trenches by mechanical (Hydraulic excavator) not exc 1.5m width and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out any type of soil/soft disintegrated rock/PCC etc.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr where directed and at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Taking up existing CI/DI/MS 80mm bore water mains (including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends/threaded socket end and lead joints, flange ends, socketed/threaded ends joint from above/under ground, under road, path, culvert,under PCC platformor any type of muddy/dry soil etc and making good to match the existing surface of any type and size all as specified and dirercted. Note : Excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, laying and testing of 80mm bore DI pipe centrifugally cast of class K-7 with spigot and socket ends suitable for tyton joints including rubber ring. NOTE : (i) Cost of tyton jont including ring is included in the unit rate of this item. (ii) DI Fittings like reducer, bend, cross, Tee, end cap etc as required shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and Fixing as in repair ductile iron sluice valve 80mm internal dia PN 1.6 incl new rubber gasket, nuts and bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour DI specials such as bends (any type, radius and angle),tappers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) tee pieces, single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps & plugs upto 150 mm bore pipe. NOTE : (i) Unit rae also includes for cutting of pipe for inserting og fittings. (ii) Weight shall be as per relative IS. (iii) Unit rate also include dewatering, excavation and earth work as per site requirement.

All as per item No. 8.00 but for above 150 mm bore upto 300mm bore pipe.

M&L in repair/rectification of leakage in existing 50mm bore rising/delivery CI/GI Pipe Spigot/ threaded socketed end/ threaded socket and including necessary earth work (i.e. excavation, removal & refilling, of trench), Pumping out water from the ditch and rectify the defects by taking out of existing lead and redoing the joints by using necessary additional lead, Lead Wool, Spun Yarn & etc including testing, commissioning of CI Pipe line complete all as directed. NOTE : (i) Spun yarn, lead & other material including arrangement for rectification of said defects is included in the cost of item (ii) Rate of excavation and earth work returning, filling and removing shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor. (iii) All equipments/machineries required like pumping set, JCB, Hydra etc will be provided by Contractor without any cost to Govt.

M&L repair / rectification of leakage from flange end joint in 150mm bore DI/CI/GI pipe line by providing new rubber gasket including nuts and bolts all as directed. NOTE : (i) Unit rate of this item also including the cost of earth work and pumping out the water/water mixed soil for carrying out the repair. (ii) Leakage shall be atended on priority basis. (iii) T & P required for carrying out the repair shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

All as per item No. 10.00 but for 250 mm bore pipe.

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing alongwith fittings such as tee, bends etc laid in floor/trenches/wall etc complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : (i) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately.

All as per item No. 11.00 but for 20mm bore.

All as per item No. 11.00 but for 25mm bore.

Taking up/takig out exixting 15mm bore GI pipe laid in trenches/fixed in wall (upto height of 18Mtr) and cleaning the same and relaying / refixing in the same location/new location complete all as directed. Note : (i) Excavation and earthwork where applicable shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Additional fittings / new fittings are required, same shall be provided by the contractor and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Supply, laying and testing of 15mm bore galvanised iron pipe medium grade (ISI marked) with and including medium grade (ISI Marked) fitting concealed or fixed to walls(upto height of 18 Metres), celling or laid in floors including chase cuttings, making good to distributed surfaces as per existing as directed and specified. Note: Cost of cutting/leaving/forming chases, holes etc through walls, floor, plinth protection, roof etc as required and making good the surface to match as per existing shall deemed to be included in quoted rate by the tenderer.

M & L for motorized Augring/drilling under the road at 60CM depth of dia suitable to pass pipe upto 300mm dia complete all as directed.

M & L for road cutting (complete thickness i.e. soaling, WBM & bituminous concrete etc) and repairing the same with existing specification, the patch width of cutting upto 75 cm all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Road repair work shall be completed on the same day in all aspect, failing which a panelty of Rs 100 per meter for per hour for delay period will be imposed and deducted from RAR/Final Bill. (ii) After cutting of road thickness, required trench shall be excavated and same shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant item.

M&L as in repair 450mm x 450mm x 600mm internal size construction of stone masonary valve chamber with PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate 100mm thick stone massonary built in cement mortar 1:6 wall thickness of 25 cm with plastering of 10mm thickness internally and 15mm thickness externally above and below ground level (upto 15cm below ground) in CM 1:6 with 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in floor incl MS frame made of angles iron of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm matches with the internal size of the valve chamber and chamber cover made of MS sheet of 3.0mm thickness incl MS hinge and painting the steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer incl necessary earth work & excavation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L demolition of existing PCC in foundation and providing with new PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in support of pipes or foundationof pump complete all as directed.

M&L 15 mm thick cement plaster in cum (1:6) on brick surface fair and even / concrete surface complete all as directed.

S&F as in repair CI air release valve with two air outlets, 80mm dia and fixing on existing cast iron/ DI water supply mains complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting existing 80 mm bore GI pipe (Medium Grade) disconnecting the existing GI clamp connections of 50/80 mm bore including disconnecting the 80 mm GI pipeline upto the adjacent socket in both side and taking the pipe to workshop for cutting thread, making threads on pipe at four sides (four two connections Two side each), bring back to the site insertion of Equal GI Tee of size 80x80x80mm or reducing Tee of size 80x80x50 mm as required at site making proper alignment and re-installing the pipe in original position with additional plumbing/welding works as required at site and testing the same for any leakage and presure to overhead tank complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. Cost GI fittings required like Tee, elbow, Nipples etc as required is included in quoted rates. 2. Cost of any additional plumbing work/welding work is also included in quoted rates. 3. Cost of excavation/ earth work required shall also be included in quoted rates. 4. Contractor shall rectify the fault and reconnect the pipeline on the same day.

Material and labour for cutting existing 100 mm bore CI/DI pipeline disconnecting the existing GI clamp connections of 50/80 mm dia including disconnecting the 100 mm bore DI/CI pipeline upto the adjacent socket in both side and insetion of DI tee of size 100x100x80 mm or 100x100x50mm (four two connections one at each side), as required at site making proper alignment and re-installing the pipe in original position with additional plumbing/welding works as required at site and testing the same for any leakage and presure to overhead tank complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. DI tee as required will be measured and paid against respective items of DI specials separately. 2. Cost of any additional plumbing work/welding work deemed to be included in quoted rates. 3. Cost of excavation/ earth work required shall deemed to be included in quoted rates. 4. Contractor shall rectify the fault and reconnect the pipeline on the same day.
