Dismantling of brick or terracing tiles of single layers on roofs and removal from site, and rubbish off the premises to a distance not exceeding 500 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling/taking out old tafelt including bedding layer under it, and rubbish off the premises to a distance not exceeding 500 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of mud phuska on roofs, any thickness including mud plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) and rubbish off the premises to a distance not exceeding 500 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 40 mm thick (average) PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding, levelling course, including providing neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/ Sqm including preparing slab surface with wire brushing complete and finishing top surface of PCC rough & even to receive the bedding layer including necessary formwork and bedding layer of 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) using WPC @ 2% by the weight of cement on RCC roof slab including cleaning of existing complete all specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs of mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) including demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for APP polymeric water proofing treatement to roof using membrane minimum 3 mm thick and weighting not less than 3.6 kg/sqm , black finish reinforced with non-woven polyster matt (Weight not less than 150 gms/Sqm) with thermo fusible finish laid by force application after applying compatible bitumen primer at the rate of 0.40 Ltr per Sqm, by the same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/ltr at 25' C temprature and viscosity 70-160 cps over the primer coat, torching over laps with a propane or butane gas torch with a over lap of 100 mm at the side and 150 mm at the ends and sealing including a tack coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm below APP and two coats water proofing paint with aluminium finish on top of laid APP surfaces including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed. NOTES : - (i) The water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicators duly approved by GE in writing. (ii) 5% amount of the total amount of water proofing treatment shall be retained as a guarantee and shall be released after 10 years. However contractor may deposit the FDR of same amount in favour of GE. If contractor fail to rectify the defect pointed out during this period in writing, the defect shall be got rectified at contractor' risk and cost and the payment shall be made from the amount kept reserved or by encashing the FDR deposited by the contractor as guarantee. Contractor's quoted rate for this item shall deemed to be inclusive of this aspect.

Material and labour for 40 mm thick brick tiles laid on and including 15 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement and flush pointed in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per serial item No 7.00 above but expect brick tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing solar reflective bitumenious aluminium paint @ 0.1 Kg/Sqm over the membrance (non acessible roof) complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from existing water storage tanks of capacity exceeding 250 litres and not exceeding 500 litres by emptying, drying and cleaning the tank by scrubbing the dust with wire brush from tank including cleaning from mouths of circulating pipes, to entire satisfaction of Engr-in–charge complete all as specified and as directed. (The rates includes for disconnecting of existing water tank, lowering if required and hoisting, reconnecting and refixing in same position after cleaning ) Note- The whole process of disconnecting, reconnecting and refixing in same position after cleaning shall be done on the same day , if failing so, Rs. 100/- shall be deducted for each tank per day from the contractor due.

(NOTE : - The serviceable bricks obtained from demolition/dismantling will be used after removing motar, cleaning the bricks with water, etc.)

Taking down cement plaster of any thickness on brick/stone walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed

Material & Labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on any face of brick wall/concrete surfaces and finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation new plastered surface of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for resecuring / adjusting existing false ceiling grid any type and making required tightning to remove sag portion / depression in false ceiling grid including replacement of missing sections/suspenders etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing of 12mm thick perforated particle board/tiles for insulation and accoustic purposes, 60x60 cm in size, inserted to timber/GI/aluminium frame work fixed with nails/staples etc as required at site including taking down old board/tiles ceiling as existing and removal from site complete all as specified & directed. (Note: Used in patches after repairing/resecuring/adjusting ceiling grid or missing/broken ceiling tiles)

Supply and fixing of GI metal suspended ceiling system at all heights of perforated with Fleece 595 x 595 x 0.5 mm & 5 mm thick rockwool pad packing TEGULAR EDGE TILES in global white powder coated with 60-70 micron front coating laid on 24 mm wide Tee grid – strong section flanges colour white having stitching on the main runner, 600 mm and 600 mm cross tees with web height of 26 mm. The tiles should have humidity resistance (RH) of 100 %, with light reflection of 62%. The main runner spaced at 600 mm max (centre to centre) securely fixed to the structural soffit. Hangers (GI wire 4 mm dia) to be fixed by approved roof plug, level adjustment and screws etc at 600 x 600 intervals. The first/last suspension system at the end of each main runner should not be greater than 450 mm from the adjacent wall. Material and labour for 75mm thick, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/PCC path, and paving, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, joint filled with bitumen and sand mixture applied hot (area not exceeding 1.20 sqm) including demolition of existing old cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above) ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting and uprooting of tree roots and unwanted vegetations on roof and wall surfaces by digging safely in concrete roof or brick wall and pouring acid or approved chemical to avoid further growth of roots and making good the surfaces by filling cracks and disturbed portion in cement mortar (1:3) or PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm size crushed stone aggregates) without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for premium quality, non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick as in floor / wall tiles to match with existing tiles in patches, area not exceeding 5 Sqm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square metre and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) including dismantling of existing tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) to ceiling surface and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement with and including preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of OBD over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter, area not exceeding 1.50 Square metre (w/o taking off shutters from frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes in wall/concrete for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces in CM (1:3) and finishing the surfaces to match with existing finish complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of factory made PVC hollow door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm with wall thickness of 5 mm made out of extended 5 mm rigid PVC foam sheet cut at corner and jointed with 02 Nos., 150 mm long brackets of size 15 mm x 15 mm mild steel square tubes 19 gauge including vertical door profiles reinforced with 19 mm x 19 mm steel square tube of 19 gauge (EPDM) rubber gasket weather seal provided through out the frame and fixed to wall with 65/100 mm long mild steel screws through the frame by using PVC fasteners (minimum of 04 Nos. of screws to be provided for each vertical number & minimum 02 Nos. for horizontal member), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of factory made 28 mm thick PVC moulded door shutter as in kitchen cabinet with particle board core, with 2mm thick moulded pre laminated PVC sheet on the front face and 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, 5 mm x 25 mm PVC sheet beading on either side including 03 Nos 100mm aluminium hinges, 02 Nos 125mm aluminium handle, 02 Nos 150 mm aluminium tower bolt etc. for each door complete all as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed graded mechanically crushed stoneregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete including demolition of existing cement concrete of any description including removal the rubbish/ demolished material complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to sides of concrete foundation, footing, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits of foundation and plinth beams and similar work rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.
