Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Equipment (Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Control and Instrumentation) for STP - Capacity 20 KLD as per scope of supply (The detail of supply is as per the technical specifications).

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth with all leads and lifts or as directed by Engineer-in- Charge:

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed for all leads & lifts. All kinds of soil.

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling stone boulders of size range 5 cm to 20 cm, in recharge pit, in the required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level :Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Retaining wall return walls, walls (any thickness including attached pilasters, butteress plinth and string courses filleds, kervs and steps etc.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls etc. excluding the cost of centering and shuttering 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providng weepholes in brick measonry/stone masonry/plain reinfrced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm dia PVC Pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(v):20 (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7.

Labour Charges for STP operation i.e. 1 Operator i/c dosing chemicals and general Mtc. for (One Year)
