Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil, loame, clay or sand inculuding lift upto 1.5 m & lead upto 30m including filling watering & ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building & the sides of foundation trenches or in to the plinth removal & disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engineer in charge upto a distance of 30mfrom the foundation trenches. 12 m.m. thick Plaster with Cement mortar consisting of one part of cement and 4 part of coarse sand of 2.25 FM on brick work including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc.S.I No 584(i).

Cement Concrete with 20 mm. gauge approved stone grit ; approved Coarse Sand and Cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 inculding supply of all Material, Labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion the work. As per S.I. No. 279(i)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing and laying of factory made 80mm thick interlocking cement concrete tile including 25mm compacted bed of fine sand compected and proper imbendding laying of interlocking tile etc work. Chapter no. 20 new item 1

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1½:3 in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.l. binding wire and includuing Necessary centering and shuttering etc.and also including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Mild steel or iron work in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastage and over lapping & hooks.
