Demolition of Unreinforced Cement Concrete in ground floors and Pavings not exceeding 15cm thick [below or above ground level] and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 40 mm average thick, PCC 1:2:4, Type B-1, using 20mm graded aggregate as in Padding over roof slabs etc. and finishing the top surface rough complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 KG of cement per Sq.m area, rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound of approved make as per manufacturers instructions for levelling the surface smooth to receive the water proofing membrane, priming the surface with a coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.50 KG per Sq.m, applying a coat of Blown Bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sq.m, laying Polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3.00 Kg per Sq.m reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric of weight not less than 150 Grams per Sq.m, by torch application with side over lap of 100mm & end over lap of 150mm & tucked into the chases on vertical surfaces by thermo fusion including applying a coat of Blown Bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sq.m and finished with a coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 100 grams per Sq.m on top for water proofing treatment complete complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling of Floor, Hearth or Wall Tiling of any description including Cement Mortar bedding [but not backing] and removing serviceable tiles to the stores and removing rubbish / debris to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, Type B-0, using 10mm graded aggregate as in Sub base for flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Non Skid Ceramic Tiles, Joint Free, Coloured, Premium Quality of size exceeding 0.18 Sq.m and not exceeding 0.38 Sq.m, 8 to 9 mm thick [Square or Rectangular] as in Floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the tile including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.

M & L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring using 20 to 25mm thick slabs, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with a admixture of pigment to match shade of slab including rubbing and polishing to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, the size and design / pattern of slabs shall be as directed, including diagonals, inlays, borders, margins in two or more shades of slabs including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for machine cut Kota stone slab as in riser of steps, skirting, dado etc. using 20 to 25mm thick slabs laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with a admixture of pigment to match shade of slab including rubbing and polishing to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, the size and design / pattern of slabs shall be as directed, including borders, margins in two or more shades of slabs over backing coat of 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Joint Free Glazed Ceramic Tiles, Edge Cut, Concept Type, Coloured, Premium Quality, of size 450 mm X 300 mm, 7 to 8 mm thick as in Vertical Surfaces such as Skirting, Dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the tile over backing coat of 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.

M & L for Glazed Polish finished coloured Chequered Cement Concrete Tiles of thickness 23 to 25mm, made with M-25 Grade Precast Cement Concrete, Hydraulically pressed of size not less than 300 X 300 mm, of approved shape, colour and pattern, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered wall / ceiling surfaces and applying two or more coats of Cement based Wall Care Putty on walls including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces and applying Two coats of Weather Proof Exterior Emulsion Paint [100% Acrylic] over a Coat of Weather Proof Exterior Primer of same manufacturer as that of paint on walls / ceilings complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: During the Phenolphthalein test if it is found that there is no change in the colour, the cutting / chipping of the concrete shall be carried out further down until reaching the good or uncontaminated concrete.

M & L for preparation of the surface by wire brushing and thoroughly cleaning the surface with dry cloth to remove all the dust and applying One Coat of Alkaline Rust Converter of M/s. Ltd. as per manufacturer's instructions on entire repair area complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for Micro Concreting for jacketing of Columns using Single component, shrinkage compensated, high strength, high flow cementitious micro-concrete having compressive strength minimum of M40 at 28 days such as Sikkarep Microcrete-4 of M/s. Sika India Pvt. Ltd. or equivalent in M/s. Fosroc Chemicals India [P] Ltd. or M/s. STP Ltd. or M/s. Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. or M/s Bostik India Pvt. Ltd. as per manufacturer's instructions blended with washed saturated surface dry [SSD], graded, low absorption, high density, aggregates of size 3mm to 10mm at 50% by weight of micro concrete [if thickness is 100mm or more] and water as per data sheet and pouring into the shuttering if required using birds beak type form work using suitable arrangement or if required using pumping device for uniform flow of Micro concrete complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The sides shuttering shall be removed preferably after 3 days and the bottom shuttering shall be removed preferably after 7 days ensuring proper bond between the micro concrete and existing concrete substrate.

M & L for providing additional reinforcement using High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D by checking the diameter of the existing bars, cutting the necessary main reinforcement to the required length with proper development length, tying / binding / welding with the existing shear connectors / reinforcement so that the additional reinforcement acts monolithically with the existing reinforcement and core concrete complete all as specified and as directed.
