HOUSEKEEPING Cleaning & Sweeping of the following areas/deptt: Admin building, Plant, Materials & Contract Department, Warehouse, Union Office, Security Office, Canteen, Road connecting to Admn building, Security gate no 1, Plant, Canteen, Natural Gas Stn, Cathode unloading & Cooling tower. Ware house ,Store, 2nd gate, etc a) Entire office floor area, windows, doors, etc. [Frequency of work- Daily] b) Toilets. [Frequency of work- Daily] c) Cathode storage area [Frequency of work- Once a week] d) Air compressor house cleaning, Propane yard cleaning, DG Power House and its backside. Sludge and dirt removal around ETP & cooling tower area etc [Frequency of work- every 15 days] TOTAL MINIMUM MANPOWER - 4 unskilled labour

DRAIN & STORM WATER COLLECTION TANK Cleaning of existing Drains and Storm Water Collection Tank ( approx 1100 running metre of drains & 2 tanks of 2x3x3 & 5x7x4 mtrs) [Frequency of work- One time job] Needs to be completed within 1 week of start date

Sewerage Cleaning of Septic chambers, lines & Septic Tanks by mechanized way: a) Cathode yard b) Canteen c) Warehouse d) Admin [Frequency of work - As and when required]

Horticulture Water the plants, garden, planting the saplings/trees (As supplied by HCL/TCP), grass mowing, maintain the green areas), removal of weeds, use of fertilizers and pesticides etc both inside and outside of TCP. MINIMUM MANPOWER - 2 unskilled labour [Frequency of work - Daily]

Cleaning of Drinking Water Tanks Cleaning of 5- Water tanks a. Admin – 2 tanks b. Canteen -1 tank c. Warehouse – 1 tank d. Near compressor room – 1 tank [Frequency of work - Once every quarter (Needs to be completed within 2 days of start date)]

Cleaning of Plant Overhead Tank Cleaning of Plant Overhead Tank, 1 No of size: 14.00m x 2.00x1.50 meter. [Frequency of work - Once in a year (Needs to be completed within 2 days of start date)]

Plant Soluble Oil Tank Plant Soluble Oil tank cleaning and removing mill scale thereof [Frequency of work - As and when required (Needs to be completed within 2 days of start date)]

Cleaning of MIDC water tank Cleaning of MIDC water Tank of Size 12.00meter x 6.00meter x 2.00 meter [Frequency of work - Twice in a year (Needs to be completed within 2 days of start date)]

Removing of unwanted vegetation Removing of unwanted vegetation (from the roots) inside and outside of TCP. Disposal shall be done in house by way of burning in the chimney. [Frequency of work - Twice a year (Needs to be completed within 1 week of start date)]
