Providing and fixing precast concrete blocks (interlocking pavers) using not lessthan M40 grade paver blocks and thickness not less than 80 mm for medium traffic areas conforming to IS 15658-2006 of all shapes and designs as per the specification, over sand bed of 20 mm to 40 mm (30 mm average) thickness and compacting with vibrating plate compactor having 3 tonne compaction force there by forcing part of sand underneath to come up in between joints. final compaction of paver surface to be done after spreading and brushing the fine sand into joints to its final level. The work includes cost of all materials such as interlocking pavers, sand etc., Labour and equipments such as cutting machine, lift, loading & unloading to work site clearing, bringing required all materials for the successful completion of work as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504 MORD and as directed during execution by the Engineer-in- charge of the work.

Machine mixed and vibrated design mix concrete M30 for pavement works for durability consideration with necessary reinforcement using 0.425 cu.m of 19mm to 22mm HBG crushed metal 0.425 cu.m of 12mm to 14mm IRC HBG crushed metal, 0.406 cu.m of sand of any approved quarry and cement 415 Kgs with water cement ratio of 0.38 (158 lit/cu.m of C.C) well compacted including centering with steel or wooden frames, preferably steel frames in straight position casting, curing cost and conveyance of all materials including centering charges, form work etc., complete but excluding cost of steel and binding wire, fabrication charges etc., complete as directed during execution and neat finishing of top surface and also providing expansion joints, construction joints wherever found necessary excluding cost of asphalt pad etc., complete.

Providing groove cutting in concrete pavements with a width of 5 mm to 10 mm and ¼ to 1/3 depth of slab (+) 5 mm or as stipulated in the drawings, including cost of cutting machine, generator & HOM of machinery, including cost of blade (diamond studed blades), coolant etc., including cleaning of groove & providing sand and hot bitumen fillers and filler metal etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, lead and lift charges and all other incidental charges as per drawing and as per specifications. The joint sealing compound shall be of hot poured bitumen type in accordance with Table.1 of IS 1834-1984 (Reaffirmed 2000) – “Specification for Hot Applied Sealing Compounds for Joints in Concrete”.

Providing and erecting a W metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3mm thick corugated sheet metal beam rail ,75 cm above road/groundlevel,fixed on ISMC series chanel vertical post,150x75x5 mm spaced 2m centre to centre ,1.8m height,1.1mbelow ground level,all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process,all fittings to confirmto IS 1367 and IS 1364,metal beam rail shall be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer for channel section 150x75x5mm,330mm long complete as per clause 810.

Providing and laying of Hot applied Thermoplastic Compound 2.5 mm thick including with Reflectorising Glass Beads @ 250gms per Sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied Glass Beads as per IRC:35, including cost and conveyance of material, labour charges, hire charges of machinery, for finished item of work. The material should be of BERGER make (as per MORTH 803). The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from steaks and holes as per specification 803 MORTH.

Supply of Retro reflective tapes having width of 50 mm+/- 5 mm/0mm and length roll of Yellow/Red/White colours to site work. (3M India make or equivalent).

Supplying & Fixing of Moulded Shanks Raised Pavement Markers( Twin moulded Shamks/Studs) made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH . The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 mm, 100 mmand 100 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +,/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 mm and height not less than 30+/- 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 700 Kg. Fixing shall be by drilling holes on the road for the twin shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacture’s recommendation and complete as directed by the Engineer during thye execution

Providing High Yield Strength deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo mechancially treated (TMT) steel bars of specified grade (as per IS 1786 - 2008) of different diametres for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars including all wastages such as over laps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors.
