Construction of Sewage Treatment Plant of 0.325 MLD capacity based on natural treatment in the shape of constructed wetland, including evolving of hydraulic & structural designs & drawings, planning, testing and commissioning of treatment facility. The Sewage Treatment Plant should be capable of treating domestic raw sewage for reuse of irrigation purpose having characteristics of BOD =350 mg/litre & suspended Solids =650 mg/litre and the characteristics of treated /disposable effluent should comply with the standards as per the norms of H.P. State Pollution Control Board i.e. PH = 6.5- 9, BOD ≤ 10 mg/litre, COD ≤ 50 mg/litre, TSS ≤ 50 mg /litre, Faecal Coliform (MPN /1000 ml) <100, N - Total N ≤ 10 mg/litre, NH4 - N ≤ 5 mg/litre. Providing and fixing of yard lighting around Intermittent Pumping Station, 3 Months of successful trial run as per the provisions of Manual on Sewerage & Sewage Treatment published by CPHEEO Manual (Latest edition) as per DATA Sheet. C/O RCC Tank :- Design and construction of reinforcement cement concrete circular Under ground/ over head storage tank of following capacity & staging height at different node/ locations of the scheme including site developments, cost of excavation in all kind of soil, cost of construction material necessary arranement of inlet, outlet, over flow & scour pipe along with sluice valves chamber box & other fixture & fitting including cost of pipe & aluminium ladder, (The design and drawing shall be got approved from competent authority before execution). Over head storage tank should be comprise of the followiing :- The work shall be carried out as per technical specification attached in the NIT & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. All the sorrounding shall be levelled & made good & brought in proper shape as per direction of Engoneeer-in-Charge. RCC structure shall be designed IS 456- 2000, IS 3370 IS 1893 & other relevent IS code. (b) Providing laying & jointing of inlet, outlet, scour & over flow MSERW pipe 4.8 mm wall thickness conforming to IS/ ISO 3183 or GI pipes (MC) conforming to IS 1239 (latest) duly flanged (Table-5) of appropriate diameter (refer chapter -1) complete with in all necessary fitting such as Tees, Bends, Tail pieces, flanges & valves etc. subject to approval of the outlet pipe with distribution main & over flow pipe connection with any suitable distribution/ delievery pipe and all the pipes from the s/tank shall be painted with appropriate colours as per direction of the Engineer- In- Charge. (c) Providing & fixing of cast iron manhole cover conforing to IS 1726 - 1991 with upto date ammendments, minimum two numbers of 500 mm internal dia inclding frame of medium duty. (D) Cast iron ventilating pipe with cowl and mosquito proof cover of sufficient length suitable for over head tank subject to approval of the Engineer- in- Charge . (e) All other required accessories / aplliances such as lightning conductor of approved specification, bell mouth, control valves (for inlet, outlet & scour arrangement ) of cast iron (class PN 1.6 ) water level gaurd (Indicator) etc. which shall be provided (f) suitable RCC sprial stair case 90 cm wide for access upto the top of the tank for overhead tanks & M.S ladder 45 cm wide shall be provided inside the reservior from the top of tank to its boutom.(g) The tank shall be painted with water proofing cement paint outside complete in all respect.
