Supply, install, testing and commissioning of VRF AC system of capacity 8 TR/ 10 HP with one No. outdoor unit of capacity 10 HP and two Nos. indoor unit four way cassette type of capacity 4.5 TR - 01 No. and 3 TR - 01 No. with inverter technology, cord less remote controller, auto cleaning system and air quality controller, veriable speed type using environment friendly refrigarent including all accessories i.e. copper pipe, drain system complete indoor unit to be fixed on ceiling, proper fixing of their chamber and junction unit complete all as specified and as directed by EIC. Note:- (i) Outdoor unit will be properly fixed on iron angle stand with protection from direct water. (ii) Rate of extra copper pipe and drain pipe required is included in quoted rate, extra amount will not be paid. (iii) Amount for fixing arrangement of indoor unit and outdoor unit including civil work required is also included in quoted rate and will not be paid extra. (iv) Work shall be carried out through approved OEM only.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of high wall split type air conditioner unit indoor and out door complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and plasma filter for batter indoor air quality and 5 star rating EER 3.2 inverter type of cap 2 ton complete all as specified and as directed by EIC. Note:- Rate of extra copper pipe and drain pipe required is included in quoted rate, extra amount will not be paid.

S&F single pole & neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

Supply and laying of LT UG cable, XLPE insulated screened PVC badded (ISI Marked), galvanized steel strip or wire, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 Volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm, 4 core complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

S&F TPN DB double door complete encloser type (TPN) four way 415 Volts with IP 65 protection complete, including incoming TPN of 100 amps 4 pole for controll of incoming supply and 63 Amp MCB TPN - 01 No, 20 Amp MCB SP - 3 Nos. for outgoing including complete wiring, accesories and groughting on wall with nut and bolt properly complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

S&F PVC insulated FR PVC round sheathed copper conductor service cable 1100 Volt conforming to IS- 694 four core, 6 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

M&L for sub main wiring complete with PVC insulated FRLS cable of single core 2 x 04 Sqmm, 1100 Volts grade with multi standard copper conductor for drawn through and including cassing capping of suitable size with accessories including 4 Sqmm unsheathed multi standard FRLS copper conductor as earth wire complete all as specified and as directed by EIC. Note:- Two runs of cable and one run of conduit & earth wire shall be measured as one run length.

S&F desert cooler electric driven (single phase), having normal air flow capacity of 5000 Cum per hours (or nearest size), steel body complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

S&F package reverse osmosis system water purifier of capacity 25 ltr per hour, wall mounted with softerner, pressure gauge, UV sterilisation with bracket, sediment filter, membrane, SMPS supply, housing, carbon filter, mineral cartridge, UF membrane, connectors, FR, white pipe, TDS controller, including monoblock pump with complete fitting single phase with sensor complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

Supply and laying galvanished iron medium grade tube of 25 mm dia with all fittings fixed on wall and ceiling including necessary cutting/ making hole on wall where required and refilling the hole complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.
