Cutting and cleaning of unwanted bushes/ wild growths etc. over the chajjas, roof, walls etc. complete as directed by Engg-In-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M & L for Rendering 12 mm thick on walls on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in Cement plaster (1:4) and Chalk whiting, on plastered surfaces, preparatory to distempering as directed.

M & L for Rendering 12 mm thick on ceilings on concrete surface in Cement plaster (1:4) and Chalk whiting, on plastered surfaces, preparatory to distempering as directed.

M&L for providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth. (Brand: Birla Wall Care, JK, Asian, Nerolac as approved by the EIC to be used).

M & L for Distempering on ceiling with white or tinted distemper oil emulsion, 02 coats including preparatory works on old ceiling surfaces as directed. (Make: Asian / Dulux/ Nerolac as approved by the EIC to be used).

M & L for Distempering on walls with white or tinted distemper oil emulsion, 02 coats including preparatory works on old wall surfaces as directed. (Make: Asian/ Dulux/ Nerolac as approved by the EIC to be used).

M & L for Painting on old wooden surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth, using synthetic enamel paint one coat including preparatory works as directed and approved by Engineer in Charge. (Make: Asian/ Dulux/ Nerolac as approved by the EIC to be used).

M & L for Painting on old steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth, using synthetic enamel paint one coat including preparatory works as directed. (Make: Asian/ Dulux/ Nerolac as approved by the EIC to be used).

M & L for painting old steel surfaces of any description, n.exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint using synthetic enamel paint one coat including preparatory works as directed and approved by Engineer in Charge. (Make: Asian/ Dulux/ Nerolac as approved by the EIC to be used).

M & L for premium acrylic emulsion, 02 coats on plastered surfaces including preparatory works as directed. (Brand: Premium emulsion paint from the brands of Asian/ Dulux/ Nerolac as approved by the EIC to be used).

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic exterior emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm including preparatory works on old surfaces as directed. M & L Preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, new or old, of any description and girth, not otherwise described and treated with creosote oil as directed and approved by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for varnishing treated old wooden surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth with one coat of synthetic varnish including preparatory works as directed and approved by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for painting old plastered wall Surfaces plain or moulded, description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described, using synthetic enamel paint two coat including preparatory works as directed. (Make: Asian/ Dulux/ Nerolac as approved by the EIC to be used).

M & L for Obliterating old writing of any description, n exc 0.1 sq. m, with paint to match existing work as directed.

M&L for Writing letters, using thick enamel paint (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) 15cm high, as directed.

Removing debris material/rubbish exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed.
