Restretching aluminium conductor including GI wire on existing over head lines in position without dismantling including unbinding from insulator and rebinding to insulator using aluminium binding wire, connections of incoming and outgoing cables, binding with spacers where required and trimming the tree branches with clearance of 3 mtr around of the LT OH line, complete all as specified Note :- For measurement length of each conductor shall be taken separately, however GI wire shall be included with conductor length.

Supply and fixing in replacement of loop-in/loop-out box of outer minimum size 300x200x120mm mdae out of FRP body (hot mulded type) with IP-66 protection and locking with screws comprising of aluminum bus bar rating 100 Amp, 4 strips for 3 phase and neutral along with 6 Amp rating MCB SP-01 No and duly fixed with 25x3mm FI clamps with nut bolts of suitable size on steel tubular pole/PCC/RCC pole including cable glands, aluminum lugs/thimbles for incoming and outgoing cables and embossing/painting of danger notice board of size not less than 10cmx7.5cm with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour on front face of box body comple all as specified.

Trimming and cutting of tree branches coming across LT over head line, clearing alround 3m the LT line and disposal of branches/bushes to a distance upto 50m and cleaning the site complete all as directed. Note :- (i) Length of span shall be 40 to 45m (Approximately). (ii) Due care shall be given while trimming/cutting the tree branches that there shall be no damage to over head line conductor/pole. In case, due to any negligence, damage is caused, it shall be made good by the contractor and nothing extra shall be admissible.(iii) Proper shut down will be taken from department (iv) T&P will be provoded by conractor without any extra cost.

Taking out from trenches or wall / pole or pipe cable LT 1100 volts grade heavy duty, armoured with steel strip of wire, with stranded aluminium conductor of any size upto 25 Sqqmm, any core, for rectification of faults or replacement. Seggregating serviceable cable and unserviceable length by meggering or any other suitable and recommended method. Removing unserviceable cable from site and keeping aside serviceable for reuse at same laocation or any other location under AGE E/M all as required at site or directed (Earth work will be measured and paid separately under respective item)

Material and labour plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of the pole by demolition of existing /broken coping with taking out the LT cables and GI pipe Etc and refixing in new coping or in any situation all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil n.exc 1.5mtr wide and not exc 1.5mtr in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type 1, flat, size 250mmx150mmx40mm laid perpendicular to cable length in trench air gap should not more than 5mm to each other after sand cushioning to cable and all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling, in including spreading, leveling , watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out old and unserviceable sign boards, including supports and supplying and fixing single shaded reflective sign board of high intensity reflective wheet computer cut background of sky blue/green colour and white letters both side (letters and diagrams to be written on the board, shall be provided by JE E/M/Engr-in-Charge) mounted on hardened aluminum alloy sheet, 2mm thick fixed on angle iron frame of suitable size and supported by MS square tubes size of 50x50 mm grouted in PCC 1:3:6 and MS square tube not less than 60cm below ground level complete all as specified.
