Supply, installation and commissioning as per tender description and enclosed specification.
Tenderer should have successfully supplied same or similar items i.e (Distributor Valve Test Bench) to this Railway or any other zonal railways/production units or Other Government Departments. Documentary evidence (such as R/Notes or CRN or CRAC or RITES Inspection Certificate or Completion certificate etc.,) must be furnished along with the offer evidencing the execution of such purchase orders or else the offer will be rejected.
1) Participation shall be from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or their authorized agents/dealers. 2) Agents/dealers shall submit a valid Tender-Specific Authorization from the OEM, failing which their offer shall be summarily rejected. 3) In case of authorized participation, the OEM shall bear full responsibility for quality, performance, and warranty obligations of the supplied material. 4)Inspection shall be carried out at the OEM's manufacturing premises only. The above shall be governed by Para 3.4 of Part-B of Southern Railway Tender Conditions.

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract For Three Years After Expiry Of Warranty Of T wo Years For Distributor Valve Test Bench. CAMC : Bidders to note that this is a composite tender for procur ement of Distributor Valve Test Bench and CAMC for 03 years beyond 2 years warranty Period. Bidders are required to quote charges for CAMC for 3 years post warranty period of 02 years. The evaluation of offers w ill be based on total cost of Distributor Valve Test Bench and Net present Value of CAMC cost for 3 years aft er warranty period. The NPV will be worked out at a discounting rate of 10%. NOTE:- 1. Firms to quote CAM C charges separately for each year i.e Year 1 Tab (For 3rd year), Year 2 Tab (For 4th Year) , Year 3 Tab (For 5th Year). 2. Firm should quote actual rate of CAMC in the bid. Discounted rate as per NPV will be generate d by the IREPS System for Ranking purpose. (i) The condition of comprehensive annual maintenance contra ct after completion of warranty period will be as per the tendered specification which will be executed by th e consignee. The supply contract will include rate of CAMC but the actual CAMC will be operated by the con signee and the supplier will be bound to accept the CAMC contract Rate against this Tender/PO.
